Ineffective product and poor customer service

I ordered this product, they have a sneaky reorder attached to the original order. I used the product for 3 months without any benefit so I contacted them and asked them to cancel my reorder, because it had already been processed they couldn’t refund me, however, they never cancelled my order either. So when the next automatic order was due they processed it again, despite me cancelling the order. They are now insisting they can’t refund me because once again the order has been processed, but I had already cancelled previously so the error is on their end, I have requested the refund but they keep saying they can’t refund me. Surely, when the error is on their part a refund would be appropriate??? I am so disappointed in my purchase, I could not recommend this company or this product.

Oh my goodness

Oh my goodness. What is in this. Oh my. I’m screaming. THANK YOU for giving my moving ability back. This product is so amazing. I walk up three flights of stairs everyday and walk up and down stairs at work everyday and I was struggling. But now I run up the stairs smiling walking up and down. Miraculous thing. Thank you🦋🙏💛

Beware of hidden subscription

Not clear that you are signing up for a subscription. Thought I was making a one off purchase at £26 and then they took a further £34 from my account, without me receiving anything else.
I tried to tell them I didn’t know it was a subscription and had only received one bottle, but they refused to refund the extra £34 saying it had been delivered though I was telling them it hadn’t.
It had taken me days to try and get them to cancel the subscription.
Not happy and a learning curve not to trust pop up adverts for me.

Great experience!!!

I have only been using the product for little over a week. Within two days I noticed a difference in my legs and feet. I actually have ankles again. I am now noticing a difference in the swelling in my hands and face. I can’t wait to see what will happen within the month.

As I have only had the product for 1…

As I have only had the product for 1 week now, I can only judge by the way my order was placed and received. i ordered and received the product in a timely manner and it was packaged very well. I immediately started my daily (twice a day) routine of taking the product in the morning and again in the evening. I haven't noticed any difference as of now, but I will certainly give my opinion in the coming weeks when I have taken the product longer and see results.
