Delivery came earlier than expected. Needed to modify our schedule

I was very satisfied with this company. Furniture was delivered as our agreement on time. The staff were very skillfull and profesional. The rented furniture was undemage and set in our flat very quickly.

It was fast delivery and quick problem solving

Very good experience renting furniture from this company. All items were delivered and set up in the home at the start of the contract. Various options to choose from with respect to different models, styles, sizes of schranks. No issues with any of the items or with any billing. The staff was courteous and quick to respond to any queries via email. Our initial contract was for three years, but when our tour in Germany was extended, they readily made the adjustment. When it came time to cancel, due to the end of our tour, the company was exceptionally accommodating in meeting our termination request and arranging pick-up of the rented items, flexing around our busy schedule with the moving company.
I would recommend Lyght Living to anyone looking to rent furniture items for a few years while stationed in Germany.

Was a relatively easy process to navigate through. Had a dedicated person to guide me through the whole process. Dushan was very good to deal with.

Sales process was very pleasant and the agent, David Kniffin, was extremely helpful with my furniture selection process.
Additionally the delivery team were professional and had everything delivered and setup in very quickly.

I had a very smooth and pleasant experience from start to finish. In a short time, Tanja and her team managed to reserve furniture I wanted and even made alternative recommendations when it wasn't available. She ensured the furniture actually fit inside the rooms, and provided a schematic diagram of the possible layout. Also, I requested a quotation in Dec 2022, but a new company policy in 2023 changed the payment mode, which would cause me problems. Tanja honoured the initial quote made despite the changes. She called several times to make sure everything was clear. I am happy, and have recommended Lyght Living to my other colleagues.

We are not happy to make this review as the experience was not good, even if the things delivered helped us while our households arrived, in our past experiences with rented furniture and kitchen items, we never received things with the “issues” we did this time. The bed mattress was very uncomfortable and they never sent pillows, things were delivered dirty, some things were broken (cups, a chair, toaster), some kitchen items were sent duplicated (can opener) while others more important were not included, the knifes quality was bad (dont cut) and the sofa smelled really bad and got disarmed very time very easily when sitting on it.

Great service! Easy communication. Very careful moving around and leaving everything clean behind them, the team was super friendly and professional.
