I renewed after 1 year. They took the money but all services have been suspended (including lyca tv app itself, Tentkotta, Eros etc). I have been trying to contact them for the past 10 days by email as well as phone. They are not picking up. I suspect that they have gathered the money and run away.

Very poor.
I use it in Roku and it doesnt work on most days.
The customer service isnt even picking up the calls nowadays.

Every time in roku, its saying this channel temporarily unavailable. So fed up with lyca tv, customer service also not respond properly. Waste of money.

Not working new one... can’t contact them... money wasted... if I am rich I will sue them for sure....burglars fraud lyca group

I am unable to access Tentkotta or EROS. It says to generate code and contact Lyca TV which I am trying for nearly a month. Nobody answers. This is what happened when I tried different times between 6.00 - 10.00pm For the first 11 minutes recording will play saying an agent will be in touch shortly. Then you will hear ringing tone and you get excited someone is going to answer but after 2 minutes of ringing they the great Lyca TV shut the phone on your face. But typical Sri Lankan customer service they will ring 6 times a day before your subscription due to end to convince you to renew. Please don’t fall to their trap. one of the worst customer service I came cross.

Worse app for streaming and very unprofessional service
App is bad with too many unnecessary ads.
Also remote control very bad it's not working properly. bought year service as they promised 3 extra months free. But heard nothing from them after i paid. I even call them many time but they don't want to answer for my question.
I highly suggest get any other streaming service than this.. it is bad and have too many hidden charges. Please away from this people

Avoid Lyca TV at all cost. You will regret it if you subscribe to them. Lyca TV app crashes most of the time or video kept buffering. I was using yupptv and went back to them. Do not believe their lies about Tentkotta and Eros!!! Those never works.

Very poor service. Dont waste the money. They will say package(tentkotta, eros now, tamil tv channels). Tentkotta will not work and customer support says it will work after 3-4 days. But it will not work. Waste of time and money.

Lyca is worst in below factors - Service, Content quantity/quality and technology. So if you are ok to stay low on these factors opt in Lyca. Else go for other choices. Their choice of channels and movies on VOD are very limited. Yupp TV was far better compared to Lyca, but may cost you just few dollars more which is worth to pay. Unreliable service and app/channels may stop working anytime and will not work for few days in a row. You will not be getting any alert / update of fixes. Settling with Lyca for cheap cost is a bad trade-off of your entertainment and peace of mind.

THE WORST INDIAN TV Channel Provider. They mislead you for the connection and worst customer service. The channels were never provided in High Definition. The apps don't stay stable and always have a problem with launching and accessing the channels. Very limited channels compared to YuppTV. Please never ever even try their service for a trial period. I very much advocate for YuppTV and get a good deal. Again NEVER EVER go for Lyca TV.

Seriously very bad business practice. US folks stay away from Lyca TV. They are cheating and not processing my refund for 3 months. Every time, they will come up with a new lie...I still have not received my money back.

Is any attorney interested in taking up this case? This can even become a class action suit as I am sure there will be a lot of customers like me.

Very very bad company. They are a scam which you will realize the moment you call their customer service.

Do not buy any service from them. Their apps/services don't work and I haven't used their service even for a day. When you call them regarding that they will say "We will contact the upper management and let you know". It will be two months and they will repeat the same and then they will block your number with the message "Your account has been suspended". Then you call from another number and they will answer and then once they realize its you again, they will repeat "How can I help you?" repeatedly like a robot till you tire and give up.

That's how shady they are. I regret giving them my credit card number and I had to cancel those cards so they don't misuse it.

I am filing a complaint with FTC and others.

Stay away from them and please spread this message to the local Tamil Associations you are a member of, so their members can be careful and not fall into this trap.

Worst order management service. I have cancelled the order many times, they were no ready to listen. I ordered set op box, they charged me £10 for express delivery. They didn't ship the order for more than 10 working days.after I cancelled the order they sent me a shipment tracking number which was not collected for couple of days. Again I called them to get my refund, they said, have you not received the item? I already told them to cancel the order before they try to cheat me with the shipping ref number. I already renewed my Yupp TV. Now they are sending me the box, I don;t know what kind of customer service these guys have. I am sending the item back. What on earth they are doing business, I dont understand.

Definitely fraud, worst quality.. paid the entire amount and didnt use the subscription a single day... they are not refundable and can not cancel the subscription, there is no refund policy... while taking subscription the sales representative lied to me that the subscription can be cancelled any time ... fraud ,fraud ,fraud ...

Lyca TV USA service is pathetic too! No app for lyca TV in my samsung Smart TV! Manual app push also didnt work. Didnt redeem Hotstar code too as there's no app in smart TV. Lyca said they will refund, but have been following up for 6 months, called 50+ times for refund but always same response "waiting for management resoonse".

I share the experience and frustrations of previous 2 reviewers. They are hopeless. They should never be allowed to operate in the UK. Channels disappear without any notification. Serials on Sun TV appear as and when they wish to publish. Useless customer service who cut your calls. Just one month into subscription, I am giving up on them and shelling again to get Yupp TV. Going to take it up with Ofcom and get this company banned in UK.

Very poor customer services. Never respond to your queries. Most of the time channels don’t work and not able to watch your favourite programmes. Channels are removed from time to time without any notifications to customers. The staffs not professional and do not have customer care skills.

We are so fed up with Lyca tv and decided to discontinue with the service.
Please do not subscribe to Lyca Tv and waste your hard earned money
