Just got off the phone with Iskinder, ID 31567. I needed help with a bundle that would work in the USA because I am travelling there on business on Saturday Nov 4th 2023. He was extremely patient, professional and helpful. He explained how to top up to get the Hello World Bundle for 39chf and be able to use my Lyca Sim card during my two week stay in Texas. Very thankful to talk to him!

I bought a Lycamobile sim card for my holiday in Switzerland. Knowing that I would travel to Italy, I purchased a package that included roaming.
Once I arrived in Italy the roaming stopped working after only a few hours. I could not call customer service (the call actually disconnected) and sent them several emails to which I eventually received a reply that 'they had some technical issues' and would be addressed as soon as possible. Roaming never worked for me. I then requested a refund for the week lost (and to give the company the opportunity to redeem itself)and after several more emails and 'an investigation', the request was denied. Customer service is atrocious and I would not purchase another product from this company.

Well this review is not for lycamobile but for a special customer care executive who works sonhard to get a good image of the brand all together. I dropped more than 15 emails but no one replied satisfactorily to my concerns but when I called lycamobile customer care there was one individual in block sim department (I forgot his name) who helped me and a lot. Kudos to him in making lyca brand trust worthy.

This is the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. If you need them for anything, you’re in trouble. I have been trying to contact them for the past 11 days. They are not reachable by phone, they do not answer emails and their online chatbox does not work. When it does (which is rare), all they say is “I’m sorry” and they pretend they are solving your problem to get rid of you, but they don’t solve anything. My phone was stolen, so all I need is to transfer my number to a new SIM card. I have been calling them for 11 days in a row and still they have not done it. The assistants are extremely rude. I don’t know what to do anymore. Whatever “nice” reply they give here won’t mean anything because they do not do what they say. It is so frustrating.
UPDATE: After 13 days calling Lycamobile non-stop, my old number has finally been transferred.

Worst network provider i have ever encountered. They took 22 days to swap my existing number to another sim card. My primary number was with lyca and it was switched off for around month. They don’t deserve to be in this business
