Good product (design and quality), fast delivery and good communication

Excellent customer service.

Lights with solar panel and battery barely work even with full charge. Customer service does not reply.

The fairy lights were delivered with a missing light bulb.

The lights are good but the remote control for the dimmer doesn't work very well. Pity.

Lights are really nice and delivery worked like a clock. Seems to be good quality, so let's see how they survive the tough Finnish winter. Bit expensive though for Swedish product made in China.

Haven't received anything it's been longtime... I tried to send them email no reply at all... I don't recommend this site

The buttons are entirely too small for comfortable use. Tell the manufacturer to make them bigger. Also the pictures on your website were misleading. The buttons looked larger. There were not enough details in your description. It was a disappointing purchase. Joanne Holm

My order wasn't cancelled, they shipped it before checking my email (I had sent an email shortly after purchase asking to cancel the order. After 3-4 days I received a notification saying my order was shipped. I sent another email, and got a reply "Nothing can be done" "It's already shipped". Didn't sign up to receive promotions/sales and yet I still received ads/promotions in my email. I feel like I got robbed, they knew I didn't want it and shipped it anyway, I tried to negotiate a deal (same price as the other retail shop), that didn't work out, and the fact I had to stand for the costs (of returning the package), meant more loses, ended up paying for the product.

Easy to order and fairly quick delivery.

Only negative was that the lights that came with had a different Kelvin level to the lights we ordered last year. Would've been nice if we could have chosen a different light to be included.

I didn't have any info about the status of the app of a tracking of where or when the order will arrive.

You can at least have a tracking number for the packages and an informative status of the order.

Purchased string light 95 meters two weeks ago. When I installed it outside few days ago. I found out that 8-9 meters was not lighting up and it is in the middle. I have do redo it after the hard work putting it up. No response yet from customer service.

I placed an order on 3rd October and was notified a day after that the item was on its way to me.
Since I had not received my order by 12th October (about 8days in between), I sent an email to ly.se about the issue and was promised that a new package was being sent to me.
As of today 14th October, I am yet to receive my package.
Delivery should be worked on to give the customer a pleasant experience

I am satisfied with the product. Pricewise what expected for the good quality provided!
