Service was excellent from the first conversation to checking the car and quoting. Then booking the car in and the brilliant, quick and wonderful work completed in a shorter time than expected. So pleased from start to finish. I cannot recommend everyone enough.

Friendly and helpful staff. I would recommend them.

Took my car to Lee after it was involved in an accident (not at fault) - and that was pretty much that. Lee and his team dealt with the insurance company and my car came back just as good as before the accident. Replaced the back end (was shunted from behind and into another car), sorted out the front end and took under a week to do it. He kept in touch with me throughout and it didn't cost me a penny as he sorted out payment through the insurance.

My dad also went there a couple of months prior with the same issue (also hit in the rear) and his car looked better than before it went into the body shop!

10/10 - cannot recommend highly enough.

Following a waste disposal truck hitting my parked car I reached out to Lee at LW smart repairs. From the initial conversation to picking my car I’ve been very impressed with their service, communication and prices.
The company responsible for the damage were trying to make me use another garage and we’re not being reasonable.
LW repairs put me in touch with a specialist company that they use. They worked as in intermediate on my behalf, everything made super easy including getting my car to the garage and a hire car sorted the very next day.
I highly recommend LW repairs.

My personal vehicle repaired here a while a go after a lorry at work caught it, repairs were perfect.

I have subsequently had a set of alloys painted, which came back better than they were from new and now my fathers Kia with multiple bits to clean up including a new bumper and splitter.

All three of these repairs have been great and at a price that seems more than reasonable, highly recommended.

Communication and support was excellent. Quality of repair works was perfect with the car presented back in showroom condition.

Definitely would recommend. Great workmanship, brilliant repair and brilliant colour match. You can not tell it had been damaged also photos included on progress.

I always go to LWSmart Repairs when need any body work repairs. They are never judgy and always offer the best advice and options.
They will always try and fit you in as soon as they can and provide the cost up front rather than springing surprises on you.
The work is always first class. So much so, when I collected my car this time I couldn’t remember where the scratch had been. It was like picking up a new car!
