Absolute scam waiting 3 months for my order they don’t reply. Absolute scam business

sent a differnt item, charged 2 times and will not give a refund per there policy. I even mailed it back and it was not cheap. so im out $160 bucks.

They dont even have a warehouse, the address they give is some private residence in UK. Over 3 mths from early august iv been dealing with this pathetic company, ordered 2xbottles . They charged my acct $115 and $77 and only sent me 1x bottle that was tiny 50ml sample. I emailed asking for refund and was given weeks of bullshit emails back and forth saying their website is down yet she was emailing me fine every time. Told me twice that refund was processed taking 5-10 days to clear. Hence dealing with them so long. Still no refund to date. Threatened legal action and still nothing but lies in emails from them . Very disappointing

In my opinion this is a scam.
I was sent a completely different product and asked for a refund. This is the response from Jessa Albon at the ‘company’.
“ Due to recent regulations, we are using a temporary packaging while waiting for the final decision on whether LVM can be continued. Please rest assured: the fragrance and formula remain 100% the same and unchanged”.
They have not issued a refund and I have returned the product.
They are now not responding to emails which are bouncing back.

a charge appeared on my credit card for $89.99!! contacted the provider and told them to refund that amount. since august 26th, contacting these sites - lvmaura , Jessa Albon , Lvmaura support..... I have sent at least 30 texts and each and everyone comes back undeliverble...DO NOT purchase from these persons.... definate scam and I am out $89.99. terrible people and company if indeed there is one.
