They stole my money, don't trust them
I made a purchase and after sending it to the wrong country and continent (how stupid is that!) they finally shipped the 2 bathing suits I ordered. They arrived 5 weeks after I made the order, and they were not even what I ordered, but they shipped something else with a note explaining "they didn't have the color I ordered".
Regarding the quality of the bathing suits I was disappointed, ---don´t let yourself be fooled by organic cotton swimsuits, its nothing but a t-shirt cut like a bathing suit with no hold or anything- so I decided to return them .
I returned them more than a month ago, and they didn't refund my money. Basically stole my money. I wrote to them 3 times that they should return my money since I returned the merchandise. Only one answer saying the refund "should have been made" . I wrote back "no, it wasn't refunded" No answer.
Consider that they are only available through email and not by phone. So not responding to an email is far easier.
Its the last time I will be purchasing from shady shops in the internet, that have no real client support like a hotline.
They will probably not even answer to this review, may this be your confirmation not to buy from them. You definitely don't want your money stolen. Anyways they will hear from me again through my lawyers because I hate being treated like that in 2023 in Europe e-commerce...
