I have been working with Michelle for a few years now. She got me a 1995 vintage lamb skin Chanel which is my birth year and then for my wedding gift I decided to purchase a dark beige vintage caviar medium flap (a dream bag of mine). First off, Michelle is one of the best business owners I have met with exceptional customer service. She responded to all my questions and concerns and in my opinion prices the Chanel’s the best from all competitors. The RealReal, rebag, Mercari, eBay, and Poshmark didn’t come close to her competitive pricing. Most of the bags she sources are in very good condition and most have full sets which makes the bags value go up. Thank you so much Michelle for always sourcing and pricing the Chanel’s the best in the market. She’ll always have my business! Trusted and thoughtful, she knew I was getting married and wrote a personal note, you just don’t get this customer service anymore!
