do not buy from this company, the product does not work and no one is getting back to me about getting a refund not even an acknowledgement

Product wasn’t shipped in time so I emailed to cancel the order, no reply at all. I had no notification of the product being shipped and it just landed to my address one day. It was never marked shipped and there was no tracking or response from customer service. Delivery did take a longer than stated and I’ve no idea who delivered it. It was left at my garden gate. However, it was delivered. Product seems to be of good quality.

Emailed the company to cancel my order BEFORE it even got shipped. I paid express delivery an it took a week to come so my event had been and gone. Been asking for a return for the last 3 weeks to still have no reply what so ever. Scammers. Do not buy from these

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star! I have been waiting for a refund for 3 months after returning an item that they were late shipping to me. Several emails have been sent since mid April 2024 and all have been ignored! Thankfully, my bank has refunded me the money owed. Avoid these scammers at all cost, they are a disgrace!

Disgusting piece of material, not done what it was meant to do and Luxx will not reply to emails, mobile phone going straight to voicemail and chats not working either. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM SCAMMERS. Wish i had read reviews before purchase.

Absolutely disgusting company. Customer service is awful! I've been requesting a refund for nearly 30days and no response! I wish I had seem these reviews before ordering. I'm down £100 as I ordered a few to try on and now I'm stuck with them. I wish I could give them a zero! avoid at all costs!

Attempted to get in contact by phone/email on at least 6+ occasions to enquire about returning an item. Their customer service does not exist. Please do not waste your money on this website.

Scam company. Wish I checked reviews before. They state on website you have to contact them first for refund but do not reply ever. Been 1 month. God sees all... you will not prosper!!

Absolutely shocking customer service, I have been requesting to refund my item after paying for next day delivery yet I did not receive the item until 6 later missing the occasion I bought the shapewear for! They do not even deserve 1 star!!!!

THE WORST customer service out there. I've written about 10 emails asking for a refund with the first one dating back to two weeks ago and I have not had a single reply. Never shop with this company they are a load of crap!

I returned items and contacted them several times for a refund but they have ignored me. Even though I returned the item by special delivery and they have received this, there is no refund! I wouldn’t even give them a 1 star. The product came and did not fit, I emailed for a returns label and they said that I could exchange for a different size. I agreed to exchange sizes, however after 15 days of chasing for the returns label I haven’t heard anything from them.

You can order the same items for £10 on tik tok and better quality. I hope the site get taken down asap as false advertisement and just disgusting customer service.
