I purchased a 3C 10GB RAM VPS from Luxvps a little over 2 months ago and so far have run into little to no issues. I monitor the uptime of every VPS that I buy and other than a minor 8-minute downtime almost 2 months ago, there have been no issues with the VPS going offline or any network issues.

I have used quite a few hosting providers and I have to say that Luxvps offers a great service at a very affordable price and has been one of the best that I have used so far.

The best vps provider in the entire world, cheapest vps provider in the world, like literally where can you find 4 core (ryzen), 16gb ram + 100gb storage for 35$, oh i forgot to mention, 35$ is for 6 MONTH, thats like 6$ per month! staff are great, price are great, quality unbeatable, it just makes me think that the big company are scamming us because they charge up price so high! overall, 100/10

I've been using LuxVPS for the past month. Usually, I'm using their VPs for hosting game servers. The Lux VPS company provides the best-quality VPS at a cheap cost. VPs are the best in performance, have no downtime, and have the best DDos protection. Customer support is always online. Thanks, LuxVPS, for the best VPs.

When I was scouring the internet, finding a new home for Reactive Resume, a popular open-source resume builder, little did I know about Luxvps, but I'm glad I gave it a shot. I've used many other services before, but this is why I feel Luxvps had an advantage in getting my attention:

1. Like most services (but not all), they had instant activation of servers and quick provisioning. There's no better feeling to get what you paid for without having to wait for it.
2. Their control panel feels a lot more new-age, if not feature rich yet, and while it does have a certain Bootstrap CSS feel to it, the functionality is all there.
3. The fact that you can pick an ISO from a huge list to install any OS when you like is absolutely insane, something I've never had in other low-cost server providers.
4. You get up to 4 backups of your server, included in your purchase. I'm yet to make use of the feature to backup/restore, but this will be extremely useful for sure.
5. Location, location, location. I needed a really good server in Germany as it's closer to my location and since Luxvps has data centers in Frankfurt, it was a no-brainer.
6. Their support is exceptional, and having up-to-date announcements and to be able to chat with the team on Discord is great. This could mean that sometimes they get bombarded with support messages on Discord when they should be tracking them with tickets, but it's great that they have an open channel of communication nevertheless.

If I had to nitpick and mention at least one thing that could be improved, it would be the design of the control panel and pretty much the brand image itself could be a bit more professional.

Not sure if it is, but it does feel like it's a small one-man operation. Which is absolutely fine for most cases, but not so great when you want to convince your boss to get you a server.

Nevertheless, it's a great service and you should definitely give Luxvps a shot as your next VPS provider if you're in the market for one. The price-to-performance-to-support ratio is definitely the highest I've seen in a long time.

The price-value ratio is very good, and their customer support is also exceptional. The performance of their VPSes are all very good, especially for their price. Their control panel is also really good, easy and intuitive to use.

I bought here a VPS server. I must praise the support, which were very helpful with blacklisting my new domain. If you had a happiness as me, you can find your VPS plan at section Special offers, where are very interesting variants of VPS. Also you receive public IPv4, which is only yours, they does not share it.

LuxVPS is the absolute best VPS service I have EVER used! Not only extremely cheap services but fantastic support and an amazing control panel!

I consider this very good value. The VM is fast and support even on a Saturday morning was less than 45 minutes. By paying monthly I was able to test out the service without major expenditure.
My only slight criticsim would be 1TB of data although adequate is a little low compared to other providers.

I can't help but give it 5 stars.
First of all, their customer support is absolutely amazing and is always there for you when you need it - its quick to respond. Second of all, their prices are absolutely awesome for what they offer. 4 Euro hosting is amazing.
Finally, this seems like one of those services where they actually care about the customer.
