Scammers
I know many people use overly dramatic titles and unnecessary exaggeration, but I want to explain clearly and in detail why I say this company is genuinely fraudulent.
First, I will describe my own experience, and then summarize the misleading, dishonest, and unethical practices I have identified.
I found this company in November 2025 and wanted to try their products. From the beginning, it was suspicious that some ingredients were incorrectly listed. For example, the Pro-LED Teeth Whitening Set does not mention titanium dioxide or piroctone olamine in the whitening gel, even though these ingredients are clearly listed when viewing the individual products included in the set.
I contacted them by email about these ingredients. Titanium dioxide is currently under investigation in the EU, has already been banned in some areas, and I do not want such a substance in my mouth. Piroctone olamine is a synthetic antifungal/antimicrobial agent that is also questionable, even if used in small amounts.
They replied almost immediately, assuring me that both ingredients are completely safe and promising to update the website to avoid misleading customers. This was never done. Even after nearly two months, they continue advertising the product with false information.
Despite this, I decided to place an order and purchased two “Complete Teeth Whitening Bundle” sets. After 1–2 weeks, the package arrived, but only one bundle was included. I emailed them with photos explaining the issue and asked for a resolution.
Before purchasing, they responded instantly. After the problem occurred, they stopped responding entirely. I sent multiple follow-up emails and also contacted them through the website’s “Contact” form, which claims a response within three days. No response was ever received. I have now been ignored for almost two months, despite having paid for two products and receiving only one.
Their website uses numerous deceptive tactics:
- The already overpriced products are always advertised as being on huge discounts
- On the homepage, they display a star nearly identical to Trustpilot’s green star, claiming a 4.9 rating and 20,000+ satisfied customers
- In reality, their website contains only 819 total reviews across all products, many of which are clearly fake or paid and reused on multiple product pages and the homepage
- On Trustpilot, they have only 12 reviews with a 3.9 rating, which will likely drop further after my review
- Further down the page, claims suddenly escalate to “100,000+ whiter teeth”
- They make extreme and unverified claims such as: world’s number one whitening kit, dentist recommended, all-in-one solution, instant results, up to 8 shades whiter teeth, 47% better results, safe, effective, and affordable
- None of these claims are supported by any studies or comparisons
- The only scientific paper they reference is not their research, is years old, and does not examine their products at all
- Their blog contains unserious articles with no authors, AI-generated images (and likely AI-generated text), all designed to promote their products
- They claim to offer live chat daily from 10:00–22:00, but no live chat exists on the website
- They claim the founders developed this product after extensive research, yet provide no names, identities, or evidence of any dental background
- Many images on the site are generic stock photos taken from the internet, including random laboratories and dental offices
I strongly recommend that everyone avoid this scam company entirely.
