Written by the company

Our main service centre is the building of 16-18 Hatton Garden and houses 12 brand accredited watchmakers, a dedicated vintage department and an entire refurbishment & polishing department. We are proud to be one of the largest and most brand accredited service centres in the world (with service centres in both the UK and USA) and were recently the subject of short documentary made by CNN International which was broadcast across the globe and was also featured in The New York Times. You can drop your watch off at any of our 2 locations in London (Hatton Garden & Canary Wharf), Manchester (Harvey Nichols) or New York (Madison Avenue) and no appointment is required. You will be greeted by one of our technicians who will discuss your required repair and provide you with a detailed receipt once your watch is booked in. Alternatively, you may send your watch to us Free of Charge by ordering our, pre-paid, secure, tracked and insured (to £25,000) postage pack. We pride ourselves on our rapid turnaround time merged with the highest quality craftsmanship. It is rare that any job is 'too large or too small' and we are often able to carry out part repairs such as glass replacements, crown replacements, bracelet adjustments and refurbishment & polishing, without the need for a full service. Battery replacements & water resistance testing are carried out the same day, along with a water & pressure resistance test and receipt.

You have had my Brietling watch for a number of months and I would like it back before I instigate legal proceedings against your company and your directors. I have called you numerous times, left messages and emailed you. No replies.
Thank you.

Sent watch for battery replacement — held for 7 weeks, returned only after formal legal letters

I sent my Omega Constellation to Luxury Watch Repairs in April 2026. On receipt, I was told a full service was required due to battery leakage and given a quote. I declined immediately and requested the watch’s return the same day.

What followed was seven weeks of ignored emails, broken promises, and automated repair quote chasers — even after I had paid the £24 return postage fee they requested. It took two formal legal letters, citing the Torts (Interference with Goods) Act 1977 and threatening County Court proceedings, before the watch was finally returned.

During this period I sent over eight written communications, including emails marked urgent to their management team, none of which received a substantive reply. Meanwhile, I received repeated automated emails urging me to accept the repair quote I had declined, including a threat of a £25 re-inspection fee.

The watch has now been returned. I cannot comment on their repair work as none was carried out. I would, however, strongly advise anyone using this company to keep detailed written records of all communications.

I will never send another watch to them…

I will never send another watch to them for repair. Had a great experience once, now it's an awful company. They started the repair in early Jan, nearly six months later it's not complete. What's even more worrying is they are not replying to my emails, I'm not sure the company is even in business any more. I would be extremely nervous about sending them an expensive watch at this moment in time.

I have used this company before but never again.

I have used this company before. The first time they were excellent. The second time they were a bit slow but did a good job. I decided to use them again and sent my omega seamaster to them in November 2025. I received their quote which whilst very high I paid by 26 November. I was told it would take up to 25 weeks.
Since then I’ve had no substantive update and as the time has passed I have tried contacting them on five different occasions and received no response.
I am now very concerned that they might be in some difficulties and I am not going to get my watch back.
If I don’t hear from them I am considering reporting the matter further.

DO NOT SEND YOUR WATCH TO THIS COMPANY!

DO NOT SEND YOUR WATCH TO THIS COMPANY!
My Omega was received by them in October 2025, and I paid the quoted price of £612 on 20th Nov 2025. All communications have ceased, the telephone goes straight to answerphone and no emails or chat are replied to.
I have now been without my watch and over £600 for around 7 months and can't get any answers for reassurance as to where my watch is and if and when I will get it back with the repairs I paid for carried out.
If anyone from Luxury watches can assist the repairs order is 65863.

Avoid

I dropped off my watch July last year. After no coms for six months, I went to visit in person.

After 40 mins waiting (in an empty shop) someone arrived and explained the issue. They were very attentive for the next two weeks and explained they couldn’t repair my watch.

As soon as we started discussing a refund they disappeared. Multiple attempts to contact later and there’s been no contact.

I’m writing this as a last ditch attempt as it looks as if they respond to Trustpilot reviews.

Terrible service for what should be a high value experience.

DO NOT SEND YOUR WATCH TO THIS COMPANY!

DO NOT SEND YOUR WATCH TO THIS COMPANY!

I sent my watch for a quote in January and then paid the £553 for the work to be completed. Since then I have had NO communication from them. I have chased multiple times and received no replies. Managed to get a “management” email that replied they would get back to me shortly, to which I replied asking for a more definitive timeline - no reply, called phone number- cannot get through & advised to use web chat - no reply, tried instagram & Linkedin- no reply. I am now coming to terms with the fact that I will never see my watch again and will be contacting the police to report this theft & fraud. I have advised that they have until 27th May to reply before I contact the police.

I received my watch today

After numerous emails and calls I received my watch today.
I requested it's return following a 7 week wait without even a quote for a battery or service.
I requested the watch be returned in the packaging they received it and paid £24.00 .
It arrived in bubble wrap, absolutely shocking.
