Written by the company

Our main service centre is the building of 16-18 Hatton Garden and houses 12 brand accredited watchmakers, a dedicated vintage department and an entire refurbishment & polishing department. We are proud to be one of the largest and most brand accredited service centres in the world (with service centres in both the UK and USA) and were recently the subject of short documentary made by CNN International which was broadcast across the globe and was also featured in The New York Times. You can drop your watch off at any of our 2 locations in London (Hatton Garden & Canary Wharf), Manchester (Harvey Nichols) or New York (Madison Avenue) and no appointment is required. You will be greeted by one of our technicians who will discuss your required repair and provide you with a detailed receipt once your watch is booked in. Alternatively, you may send your watch to us Free of Charge by ordering our, pre-paid, secure, tracked and insured (to £25,000) postage pack. We pride ourselves on our rapid turnaround time merged with the highest quality craftsmanship. It is rare that any job is 'too large or too small' and we are often able to carry out part repairs such as glass replacements, crown replacements, bracelet adjustments and refurbishment & polishing, without the need for a full service. Battery replacements & water resistance testing are carried out the same day, along with a water & pressure resistance test and receipt.

Their professionalism and welcoming demeanor further solidify their reputation as a top-tier company. I will be entrusting all my watches to their care for future servicing.

Only 1 star as can’t give a zero

Only 1 star as can’t give a zero! Absolute sham of a company who steal money and hold on to watches for months. Don’t fall for the good reviews, they are most likely written by the company themselves! Do your research. Try to contact them by phone or email and you will soon see, check them out with companies house and their administrators, Pricewaterhouse. After holding on to watches for the best part of a year whilst the company went through administration and taking nearly £600 for work never completed, we finally got them returned but unfortunately fell for the slick website and reviews, didn’t pay by credit card and are now £600 out of pocket and been through months of stress and frustration and wasted hour upon hour on phone calls and emails to get our property back.

Avoid

Avoid. I paid c £1,000 to get my watch fixed in April 2024. Since then the company has apparently been liquidated or restructured. Last week they emailed me to say, after 23 months my watch had passed all the checks. When it arrived today 13th Feb 2026, it didn't work at all and when I shake it, it sounds like all the innards are slopping around!! I will send it to an authorised Omega dealer to evaluate what needs doing. The company told me due to the restructuring I have no legal recourse.

DO NOT SEND YOUR WATCHES HERE

Please don't fall for the slick website and google reviews. This company has recently gone into administration leaving a lot of people, myself included, with their watch being left either languishing somewhere in their office for months without any communication or returned without work being undertaken and no refunds available as the 'new' company isn't responsible. All emails are met with an automated response and phones are never answered. I'm now £577.20 out of pocket with no come back other than filling out a proof of debt form that the administrators have already told me will lead to nowhere. Walk away. Go straight to the manufacturer.

Terrible Service

Used these guys a couple of times. Latest experience was beyond shocking

Had 2 of my Hublot watches for over 8 months. Almost no communication throughout and constantly had to chase.

They even sent one of my watches to an old address. Despite confirmation of address being changed. Their solution was just to send a letter. ZERO urgency or care. Resulting in me having to drive a 2 hour round trip to collect it. Thankfully the person at the address was honest enough and I got it back

Called and spoke to one of the owners and expressed my disappointment at the service and what had happened with my watch being sent to the wrong address and I had to go get it. Didn't give a s*it, very nonchalant in response and it seemed a struggle to even apologise.

Won't ever use this company again. Appalling experience from start to finish for a company that handles prestige high value products

Fantastic service from start to finish

Fantastic service from start to finish
My Omega Seamaster needed a service and my local dealer had closed so, after some research, I choose Luxury Watch Repairs. The whole process was very easy, the postage pack was despatched quickly and then I was kept updated on the progress of the service and case refurbishment. Received my watch back on Monday and very happy with the results.

Phoned me at last communication was almost non existent

Communication is almost non existent. Do not answer telephone or emails. Still waiting for quote for repairing watch after three months although company believed to be in administration. Have asked for it back immediately as I have a bad feeling about this.

Phoned me at last to explain reason for delay and forwarded the quote which I have accepted. Assured me that priority would be given as they quote anything up to 20 weeks and require payment which I will make by credit card to obtain security cover.

Happy returning customer

I have used Luxury Watch Repairs several times to replace the battery in my TAG and the service has been excellent every time. When a battery failed within 2 years it was replaced without question.
I have confidence in the quality of their work and although I live 250 miles away in Pembrokeshire there is a genuine feeling of a personal service.
I would recommend without hesitation.

They have had my omega since March…2024

They have had my omega since March 2024. I paid over a £1,000 upfront then they told me after a year it had been lossed so they were waiting for authorisation from their insurers to pay me the value of my watch. Ignored emails and calls ever since and now they have gone into liquidation. I am going down the legal route and don't care how much it costs to expose this company. Please don't send these a micky mouse watch never mind your valuable ones.

Really good specialist watch servicing.

When I contacted Rolex I was redirected to Luxury Watch Repairs. I needed a service and a replacement mainspring for my 'Rolex Explorer II Oyster Perpetual Date Stainless Steel with Black Face'. I was sent a prepaid envelope and a very sturdy box for the transportation of the watch (it was returned in the same box via DHL). The repair was slow, but before placing the order they told me it might take up to 15-25 weeks and in fact it took 19 weeks including Xmas & New Year (so I'm not sure why other people have said this was a surprise). I did contact them for an update and received a reply - and received a nice follow up courtesy call from Oliver after the watch had been returned to make sure all was ok. The watch is now running prefectly and it has a 3 year guarantee. Overall I'm very happy with the service and would use them again.

Great company but refund of postage offered hasn’t been received.

Changed the battery on my Omega. I’ve used them previously to service the same watch with no issues.
An issue with Royal Mail caused a delay in my watch arriving at the service centre and subsequent return. Luxury Watch Repairs offered a refund of the postage costs, which was good of them. However this hasn’t been received and now they’re not responding to my emails after a several weeks of waiting. Good whilst they are dealing with your watch. Not so great after service.
