The Rolex watch I purchased from Luxury Watches for my wife did not fit, it was to tight on her wrist. I contacted Luxury watches and they immediately sent me an extra link to lengthen the band.
There was no charge for the extra link and they sent it overnight. I offered to pay but the company advised it was not necessary. GREAT COMPANY, wonderful doing business with them. Robert Bodner

Fantastic experience
I was skeptical of the legitimacy but I pulled the trigger anyway and thank goodness I did. The piece I received is gorgeous, complete with authenticity certificate, box, etc.
Customer service is also fantastic! I spoke with them a couple times and they satisfied my requests. The watch arrived slightly small and they immediately overnighted me extra links and a tiny screwdriver so I can add the link myself. Highly highly recommend and excited for my next purchase!

Warning!!! Lack of Communication and Unfulfilled Order!
This company is a Scam! All Of the reviews are fake and bought on fivver.com
I have not received my order, which was expected to be delivered three weeks ago. Despite several attempts to contact customer service, particularly a representative named Marty, I have not received any responses to my calls or emails.
This troubling lack of communication and failure to resolve my issue raises significant concerns about this company's customer service practices. I strongly recommend exercising caution if you are considering making a purchase with this company. I filed police report and have them investigating this company. Stay away!

This is my second purchase with them
This is my second purchase with them, and considering it was a 90k watch I felt really comfortable. The watch arrivied in pristine packaging and with everything that it was supposed to come with it, the box, papers, and tags. Even with my first purchase being 10k, they treated me like a VIP that's why I came back to them.

I now rated it to one star because of their dishonesty. I purchased a $29,500 Rolex and I'm not embarrassed that I paid half through Affirm and the other half with my credit card. I was preapproved for $14,000 and I called the asked vendor how could pay the remainder off. He told me to choose another watch and I did. He charged me for that watch and then called me to take my credit card number via the phone. I supplied it and he sent me the $29,500 for the correct watch.
Most watch sites specifically state box and papers, or they say store provided box and papers which means they will give you something on their letterhead. They said box and papers. Very sneaky.
The other issues new or preowned. If you buy a watch using any part of Affrim then you cannot get the so-called great return they speak of.
My review is for others to read everything on their site and ask more questions about their return policy. My bad trusting them. Maybe you will have a better chance after you read this review.
