I have been booking with Luxury Holidays for over 20 years and this shows that I am extremely happy with the service and pricing that they always give. I almost always speak with Sol, who finds me the perfect locations, hotels and deals. I can safely say that we have not had any bad holidays with them. Sol is always at the other end of the phone and always happy to help. He goes over and beyond in selecting the perfect holiday for us, most recently booking the most luxurious break for my milestone birthday. It was one to remember! My wife and I have also recommended Luxury Holidays to many of our friends and family who have also taken advantage of their brilliant service and recommendations to various destinations on more than one occasion. Looking forward to booking more holidays with them!

Excellent from calling and speaking to Bobby and Pooja - no dithering and delays - quick pricing and once agreed quick to address the paperwork - this was a last minute trip and needed all in place same day. Amazing - this is another booking made this year and never let us down and provided peace of mind. Always available to chat or communicate by email/text. Holiday was superb, so glad we went to Luxury Holidays. One point of call.

Lady called Pooja was very kind and helpful and was very hardworking and was very nice to get help from definitely recommend to get service from.

First the planning and choice of holiday was really helped by Pooja from Value Added Travel. She was so patient with us and we genuinely couldn’t have had a more suitable resort and accommodation.
We stayed at Sun Syam Olhuveli in the Maldives and can’t recommend it highly enough. The staff were always Friendly, courteous and helpful. The company anticipated our every need, this meant it was the most stressfree holiday we ever had. I would definitely recommend all inclusive, we didn’t need to spend anything the whole holiday and used the cash we had changed for tipping staff at the end. I would recommend taking US dollars not Maldivian Ruhiya.
The marine life and wildlife is exquisite, we could see and swim with sharks, rays and beautiful fish from our room.
The activities and excursions included in our package were well organised and superb. We would go kayaking, paddle boarding most days. Our sunset cruise proved to be exciting as we saw loads of Spinner and Bottle nosed Dolphins.
I would highly recommend this resort and Value Added Travel Agency.

My initial contact with Luxury Holidays was a few years ago and there isn't another agent that I would use for my family and girls holidays! Pooja has been exceptional. Always going above and beyond trying to sort things for me when our holidays have changed last minute. Book else where, absolute shambles.

It was the first time I’ve used them and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone after my horrible experience.
This is the first time I’ve given a review, but I need to let other people be aware of how they ruined my family holiday with constant fear and worry.
We booked 5 nights at the Atlantis - Dubai with Imperial Lounge access and 2 nights at the Taj Exotica with Club access for Christmas. This wasn’t a cheap holiday.

We received all the headed paper work from Luxury Holidays with the correct information regarding the number of nights in each hotel and the dates, well don’t take this as done.
To our horror at check-in at the Atlantis, they informed us our travel agent had ONLY BOOKED 2 NIGHTS!
You can imagine our shock.
The next morning after a bad nights sleep thinking about this issue. I emailed them and tried to call the UK office, but they didn’t answer or call me back from the UK.
They did email me back saying someone will contact me.
I did receive a WhatsApp message saying
“Good afternoon Mr Dixon how are you?”
I thought it was a junk message, as they didn’t introduce themselves and how do you think I was doing when I needed to check out tomorrow morning after two nights when I’d paid for five.
A person based in the UAE, I think, did call me in the afternoon saying he’d sorted the missing days with the hotel reservation, but it takes time to come through to reception. He said he’d contact me later when he’d have confirmation the check-in desk would have it. This is a lie, don’t fall for it like I did.
I decided to wait until after tea to check the booking had been changed to five nights, and it hadn’t. It was 8 pm now and my wife and two children needed to check out the next morning. At this point I couldn’t hide it from my children. I went to see the guest services at the Imperial Lounge who called their reservation team. I was informed that they did call the Atlantis reservations and tried to use a discount voucher for our next three nights which hadn’t been approved and would be reviewed tomorrow, the day the hotel are asking us to leave. Another night of worry and no sleep!
This was meant to be a relaxing and special Christmas holiday!
The next morning, the hotel finally confirmed our booking had been changed.

When we did leave our 2 nights + 3 nights (as the Atlantis Hotel see it), I thought I’d better check our air port taxi transfer time from the Taj hotel. The response was 11:30 on the 27th Dec, but our last day was the 28th according to the paper work, and as our original booking.
We had a letter posted to our room later that day with the 27th date, along with our flight number and flight time.
Just when you thought it couldn’t get any worse…
I have the WhatsApp messages and transfer letters saved.
Luxury Holidays haven’t been in touch to apologise, they are quick in the sales and payment process, but can’t competently book a 7 night holiday.

Please use another agent, it’s not worth the little extra you might save in money, as it will cost you much more emotionally.

We had an amazing holiday thanks to Luxury Holidays. They took care of every little detail to make our life easier. Every query we had before the trip was immediately answered. Even the guides at the airport were totally unexpected but very welcome! And all this at very reasonable prices.
