Absolutely love my new flooring Excellent delivery service Will definitely be using this company again and very soon

Luxury flooring have provided a great service. I initially spoke to David Gibbons who helped me with a quote and explained how they could hold the flooring for us until we needed it. He offered us a great discount too.
Later when we had a few boxes left over from installing the floor we returned them and Ellis was a great help in getting this arranged.
Lastly we're really happy with the floor, it look amazing!

This is the scam and I hope people to be aware of it. So they charge £40 for delivery and will delivery it on the street, so you have to carry everything to the flat yourself. Please avoid this company if you can. Worst customer service ever.

Do not be fooled by this company’s overall rating. Look at the negative reviews and you will see a systemic pattern: Luxury Flooring Ltd actively encourages customers to return unused flooring, intercepts the goods at their Leeds warehouse, and then invents reasons to withhold 100% of the refund.In my case, they successfully received £282.46 worth of pristine, unused flooring packs. However, they refused my refund solely because the order number was handwritten on the exterior cardboard transit box. They claimed the flooring "couldn't be re-boxed" and aggressively threatened to destroy/dispose of my stock within 14 days unless I paid to collect it. They essentially tried to keep both my money and my goods.To make matters worse, they explicitly told me to use a specific courier aggregator (ParcelHero) to return the boxes. Conveniently, ParcelHero’s terms do not cover damage to exterior packaging, meaning if the cardboard gets scuffed in transit, Luxury Flooring will use it as an excuse to reject your refund, leaving you completely unprotected.This is a highly punitive, anti-consumer operation designed to trap your money. I refused to back down and escalated this directly to American Express, who instantly opened a dispute and forced a full credit back to my account.If they have done this to you, do not waste time arguing with their warehouse team. Contact your bank immediately, initiate a Chargeback or Section 75 dispute for "Goods Returned - Refund Not Processed," and report them to Trading Standards.

Easy to use website, free samples are a decent size and arrived quickly

Excellent experience so far with ordering. James in particular has been very helpful, as have his colleagues.
Very flexible company, offering good deals, and competitive pricing, as well as price match.
Just waiting for delivery now, but absolutely no complaints so far!

The flooring seems to be okay so far but we have had nothing but issues since ordering from this company. Our flooring was delayed because their website was not updated to reflect stock, then they did not follow instructions regarding delivery, due to their ill packaging all our transition strips arrived broken. We additionally had damage to a box of laminate at the bottom of the pallet which they wanted us to unload fully to photograph despite it being very easy to see that the click system at the side of the laminate was broken rendering the planks unusable. After finally agreeing to provide replacements and confirming the order/delivery day, we recieved an email that the transition strips were out of stock so they were cancelling the order. I would not reccomend this company.

The product is perfect for its chosen application. Technician who laid the flooring was brilliant, very helpful, polite and a good sense of humour!

This company is one of the most helpful and obliging I have ever dealt with. Would recommend them to anyone.

While the material ordered came well and nicely, our order kept removing items that initially said they were available and then went out of stock.

Lots of choice of quality flooring. Helpful staff who communicated by email/telephone. Michael offered as much help as I needed and assisted me with my order. Kept informed all the way and have already had confirmation of order on the way and from delivery team advising when I can expect delivery

I am impressed by how helpful it was supported by the team, particularly Drew in the team who is very nice, patient (he clarified with me if I need the T or Rump threshold Bar, explained the differences) and efficient (the payment email was sent to me just during our call, all information arrived accurately and efficiently). He is definitely a valuable asset of the company.
