Excellent customer service provided when I requested a sample.
I received a follow up call to update me on when the sample was arriving.
We decided to use a flooring company who also used this company as their preferred supplier. However, l am not surprised, as the sample of the flooring l received is of a very good standard. Looking forward to seeing the finished result.

We went for the versaille style parquet wooden flooring in engineered wood. In short, the quality for that design, finish and generous wear layer, luxury flooring are far superior to most other flooring companies we have tried samples from. We got lucky to grab it during their summer sale for that price too, plus their customer service provided top delivery.

I cancelled my order 6 weeks ago - 2 days after having placed it - and still have not received my refund, despite phone calls and emails. It's the second time I order from this company - despite awful experience the first time we wanted to match the floor we had purchased previously - and on both occasions have had nightmare customer service. Best AVOID.

Very professional company with excellent customer team. Samples arrive with 24hrs and my questions were resolved same day. I look forward to taking delivery of my new oak flooring.

No samples delivered but a barrage of unwanted emails instead. The message seems to be: it's not about what the customer wants but what the company wants from the customer.

I was interested in the products from Luxury Flooring because a friend of mine recommended this company very highly! I ordered several samples multiple times, which both arrived immediately, as I was unsure about which flooring I loved the most. Michael was extremely patient with me and super quick to reply to my emails throughout the entire product selection and ordering process. I cannot wait to see how my flat turns out!

Nothing was to much trouble.
From changing my order at the last minute, splitting the delivery at no extra charge, keeping some for months due to delays at my end and very quickly replacing 3 packs damaged by the courier.
And the flooring was easy to lay and looks fantastic.
I would highly recommend them, my main dealing was with Micheal, but Paul from customer services was very helpful also.

Excellent advice and prompt responses to questions I have asked. Several samples were sent enabling us to find a perfect match. They are happy to hold stock on a 25% deposit until we are ready for it. Very impressed so far with service and quality.

Amazing service. We needed to reorder additional flooring months after our original delivery. While there was some issues with finding the correct flooring that matched, the LuxuryFlooring team persisted until the issue was fixed and we finally found a match. Iv used this company three times now and every time it's been first class, from the customer service, delivery to the products, I couldn't say a bad word about them and have my whole house done in their flooring. It's the best price and quality out there. Unbelievable quality for the price!
