I would like to sincerely thank Jourdana M for all her help with changing my booking. I found myself unable to travel within my booked dates due to a change in family circumstances. Jourdana M really listened to my situation, and I really appreciated the extra effort and time she put into resolving the matter.
Her professionalism, persistence and willingness to assist made a stressful situation much easier. She liaised with the hotel and the booking dates were changed and I truly appreciated the favourable outcome. A 5 star outcome!

They started well
They started well. Now they have thousands of non luxury hotels, apartments etc listed . Most are not luxury and no longer cheaper than other OTA's. On top of that they charge a recurring membership fee that you have to call the call center (20mins ) to cancel. Was a great idea when they started but they have been ruined because of quantity of listings
