They have genuine good deals with hotel packages. We have done a few and always work out well. Had an issue with my membership but Wendy T sorted it all out on the phone and got it all fixed by the next day as well as refunding the price difference. A bit confusing as their membership is done by region (if you buy a UK Lux plus membership you need to make sure you are always looking at GBP) but very happy with the customer service!

Always had excellent service and the team are really good to deal with. A recent call with Thomas A resolved a query efficiently and he was super helpful.
