Purchase was made on October 3.
Watch was received on November 11 !
It was in fact an excessive delay of time , for a purchase I would like arrive before my Birthday (November 4).

VERY Positive :

- The good communication I received from Maxime all the time .
- The watch itself . It was demanded a special assemblement wich result was a very elegant and beautiful watch, with a good manufacturing quality level .

Had an issue with a watch purchased a month before. Contacted client service, who requested a video of the malfunction, which I provided. They then asked me to send the watch back for repair, and I just received it back home after 10ish days in perfect conditions.

5/5/25 I buyed watch and today 19/09/25 I have no idea about my order. I wrote many times and always sorry for delay but nobody send me the watch or refund me. My order N’ 2576 never arrived. Im upset my advice is don’t buy from Luxury Mod. Scam or no serious. Marco

Update: Addressing the Ongoing Delays and Next Steps
After repeated email exchanges, they've consistently offered different excuses, seemingly to buy themselves more time. I've since received advice from a lawyer friend to open a dispute with the bank I used for the payment.
This approach looks promising. If enough people take similar action, more banks will recognize this online shop as fraudulent. This would make it much harder for the shop to process orders through standard payment platforms, exposing them as a scam right from the start.

Absolutely appalling service and a complete scam!
I am beyond frustrated with the service I've received, or rather, not received. This company is nothing short of a scam, luring you in with promises of help that never materialize.
Despite my repeated attempts to resolve an issue with my order I'm consistently met with the same infuriating run-around: "Go to a French post office." Let me make this clear: I DO NOT SPEAK FRENCH AND I DO NOT LIVE IN FRANCE! Why on earth would I be repeatedly directed to a French post office when I've made it explicitly clear I cannot communicate there and it's completely impractical?
Their "help" is a cruel joke. They promise assistance, but all they deliver is an endless loop of unhelpful, automated responses and instructions that are impossible for me to follow. It's clear they have no intention of actually solving problems or supporting their customers. Instead, they just push you away with generic advice that only benefits them, not you.
This experience has been a complete nightmare. Their promises of "helpfulness" are a total lie; they are the absolute last thing from helpful. This is a scam operation, plain and simple, designed to take your money and then abandon you when issues arise. Avoid them at all costs if you value your sanity and your money.

Filthy scammers. A fake review? After i spammed your instagram and made accusations you sent my boyfriend a message that you will refund his money. You blocked me on instagram and you will continue your scam. You responded out of fear and you gave his money back THAT if you actually will. I will make sure every new instagram page you open or from another account i will let people know you are a bunch of disgusting scammers. I have all the data of your site and i will get it down. I promise.
So yeaj f off with these lame excuses. I know exactly who you are.

SCAM ! I’ve placed my order around 12 of May… we are on 12 of July currently - 3months period and no watch has arrived. They are active on the email, replied to me 3 times only with poor excuses that some parts of my watch are still missing, nothing that they can do, full of apologies. I’ve asked 2 times for a refund, they don’t want to please me apparently. After 60days (the chargeback period) there is no one answering to my emails. Pls avoid them as much as possible, not a trust worthy company / website.

I ordered a watch from Luxury-mods.fr on 4/3. There was some delay, but I ultimately got an e-mail telling me it had been shipped via La Poste. LaPoste says it’s “in transit.” Luxury-mods has been responsive via e-mail, but it keeps telling me I have to get a certificate of non-receipt from La Poste. I have spent literally hours trying to do so to no avail. The phone number for LaPoste is not valid nor is their e-mail. I think I’ve been scammed. No watch, a bunch of responsive but ultimately unhelpful e-mails from Luxury-mods.fr.

See reply below. In the unlikely event that I receive what I ordered, I will post a further edit to this review. However, I’m not holding my breath.

Well, it’s been 6 weeks since these scammers promised to send another watch. Glad I wasn’t holding my breath because they sent nothing. There’s a special place in hell for scammers like this!

Very good after customer service

Wait till 30 days for a watch… no service nothing…! Don’t buy there!

I was initially skeptical due to the long wait times and feared I might have been scammed. However, the wait was ultimately worth it! The watches arrived, and the quality is excellent. I ordered a rose gold Nautilus with a brown dial, and my friend got a silver one with a blue dial—both look absolutely high-quality. The seller is trustworthy; everything is as described. So, if you’re patient, you’ll receive truly beautiful watches here.

I have orderd from luxury mods at the 31.12. I was waiting for the watch, and asked after 15 days if the watch will still deliver. They answerd fast, and tell me they have many orders, so i have to expect some delay.
Until that everything was fine. On the 22.01 i got the delivery update, that the watch is shipped. But the status of the package ist still, that it need to take to the delivery service.
After 8 more days I asked if erverything is fine, because the package is still not shipped, but they didn´t answered.
So till date i don´t get the watch or my money or an answer.
Seems like i got scammed

I have wait a little bit longer maybe week more,but watch is fantastic.it was worth to order first time at luxury mods
