If I could have left a zero star review I would have. The returns policy is appalling. Received an email saying my return had been received on 24/1 and I would be refunded in 14 days. Instead I have had no refund and they have continued to take my ClearPay payments. Also beware if you return items as they take the £3.95 return cost from the cost of your order. Avoid at all costs. !!

Improve your refund process!! If I had read the other reviews about this company I would not have placed an order - they received the parcel back on 4/1, 10/1 I received an email confirming receipt and that a refund would be made within 14 days. I fail to understand once a return is received why it takes another 14 days to refund my money and in fact I am beyond 14 days and still no refund. I personally will not purchase from Luxury Legs again.

I ordered in July, unfortunately for various reasons I returned all three items within a week. I have JUST received my refund…….approximately 3 months! It must be a record.

Avoid! Purchased a pair of jeans, unfortunately they were too big so I returned using their return service through Royal Mail. You are charged for this, it is clear on the website. However, once your return is received, you then get an email to say you will get your return within 14 working days! It is now over that time period for me and I still do not have my money back so I have had to file a PayPal case.

Never have I had to wait a full 14 days before the actual process of a return starts, then on top of that it will take 5-7 working days for refund to go back into my account. So a total of almost 3 weeks. I will NEVER use this company again. Oh, & you pay £4.95 for delivery then £3.99 to return item so you lose £9 in P& P. Disgraceful.

Have rung twice now and keep getting told that it will take 10 working days to gain a refund for our returned goods but still no joy. At last, an email has arrived now but do not buy from here, they are very poor as far as customer service is concerned. By far, the worst so far.

I paid for return myself about £8 , but when in 23 days I received refund it was low for £2.50 which is their refund label. I paid from my own pocket and their dear churched me £2,50 for refund . Unbelievable!!!

Awful customer service and returns…
Awful customer service and returns process. I booked a collection with Royal Mail and paid for this but postman didn't bring returns label with him and couldn't see anywhere on Royal Mail website where to print label and it wasn't emailed to me. When I checked out the website clearly stated the postman would bring the label with him but he didn't. He took the parcel anyway and stuck a return to sender label on it.
They still haven't received this parcel back 8 working days later and I have no receipt or tracking number for it. Luxury Legs refuse to give me a refund for it.
Luxury Legs charge you to deliver items and charge you to return items - they deduct this from your refund. So no freepost delivery and no free returns.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Don't purchase from them. They add stipulations on returns after the fact. Dishonest and a terrible company to do business with. My order was over $1000 and they dishonestly kept $300 upon return of my items even though this was their mistake.
Poor customer service
Poor customer service. Refused to refund for tights returned unworn and as new simply because the seal on the packet was broken. It was necessary to remove the tights from the packet to check the colour shade which revealed to be different from the shade advertised on the Luxury Legs website so were therefore unsuitable for me. All the company had to do was stick a new small seal on the packet.
Leggings melted in washing machine…
Purchased £89 Spanx leggings which melted in the washing machine and now have a massive hole in despite following washing guidelines. Company claims they are unable to help because they are 6 months old. I fail to see why this matters, as I’m pretty sure that leggings shouldn’t melt in the washing machine at any age.

used this company their products are way too small, so returned it in pristine condition all the tags still on and they only refunded £118.00 instead of £132.00 t cost, I had to threaten legal action for them to refund this, wish I had read the trust pilot refers I will still action if they don't refund the difference, their products are way too expensive, will chose a more reputable company in future.

Only took a few days for the order to arrive.
I chose this company because they allowed PayPal payments.
Really happy with my purchase.
Joggers are as advertised, the S/M fit my size 8/10 figure very well.

I ordered some Spanx knickers that had lace around them and a hole appeared in the lace on two of the pairs in different places. I contacted Lux Legs and was sent instructions on how to return them for free. I posted them yesterday lunch time and TODAY they emailed me to say they are satisfied it is a manufacturing fault and will be sending out replacements as I requested. Very happy and will use definitely this company again
