Disappointing Experience and No Accountability
We rented a property through Luxuri for what was supposed to be a luxury stay. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t match the branding or the price point:
The property’s gate malfunctioned, leaving us locked out late at night. We had no choice but to climb over the gate to access the property.
There was also a complete water outage, leaving us without running water — no showers or functioning bathrooms — for a significant portion of our stay.
While issues can happen, what was most disappointing was Luxuri’s lack of follow-up after the stay. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, they have yet to acknowledge or address what occurred.
For a company that promotes high-end service, this was an extremely poor customer experience. I would caution others to be aware — when things go wrong, you may not get the level of support you’d expect.
