Excellent Service highly recommended
My wife and I were searching for an excellent value holiday to the Maldives in late November 2027. My wife had been researching and stumbled upon Luxtripper, a travel agency that advertised Maldives holidays well in advance. They included flights in their packages, which perfectly matched our requirements.
I rang to enquire and luckily spoke with the lovely Janet. I told her what we wanted and had our hearts set on going to Raaya which met all our requirements, Premium All inclusive, beautiful beach, good selection of restaurants and top shelf drinks, good wines and champagne and having read many reviews top quality service.
Janet went beyond to offer a selection of different flight options, we had decided to fly out on the 20th Nov but having checked the weather in November we took advice and asked for flights later in November. Janet was more than happy and checked the flight prices and hotel prices. Janet what app’s us back in about 20mins, there was no change to the hotel prices but due to BA flight schedule changing she was able to offer direct flights both ways at a great price, just an extra £778 for both of us. The total price was great value for money just over £10000 for 12 nights so we decided to go ahead, we had checked other companies and Luxtripper was far better value and with direct flights the bargain we were looking for.
Huge thanks to Janet for her excellent customer service, she was so helpful and patient and really in knew what she was doing, she was quick to offer the best options was extremely polite and a lovely person, Janet is a credit to the holiday industry and Luxtripper I do hope Luxtripper recognizes her in some way she certainly deserves it.

We had the most amazing time whilst…
We had the most amazing time whilst visiting Sri Lanka and the Maldives. Our chicken Sri Lanka started with being met at the airport by the lovely Harith. We were in transported to our First hotel in Candy where we spent the afternoon and evening food was lovely and hospitality great rooms very good for the next week. We had trip after trip. Harrithis a mind of information and he has so much knowledge about the culture religion and the places that we went to without him we wouldn’t have a clue.
There’s so much culture in Sri Lanka and the people are lovely. We even spent some time with the local people something their traditional food and even cooking some it was great. Every single day was very busy but we saw lots of sites. Lots of culture we stayed in beautiful hotels and a Safari which was amazing in fact two safari that were amazing. We would like to thank very much the Sri Lankan people and Harrith, who has even gone above and beyond because I left some tea which I bought from one of the tea plantations in the hotel room on our last day and he has even retrieve that for me and as sending it to me to the UK so that is going above and beyond.
Our next trip was to the Maldives Will what can I say about the Maldives? It is paradise.
See the sand accommodation the food absolutely beautiful. The only thing I would say which was disappointing is that we mislaid our key? Fortunately we found it again but had we not have done? We would’ve had to paid $100 for a replacement, I think that’s taking advantage of our hospitality.
Things were expensive to like the diving experiences, et cetera but we did get a while watching one or dolphin watching one free which was good and you can also borrow the masks to go scuba diving or snorkelling I should say
We have an upgrade on the boat transfer and went by sea plane but on the way back we were asked if we wanted to go by sea plane to transfer back to the Mali airport but quite honestly we declined because we wanted to go by boat having said that they then came up with we were going to have a complimentary and that was gonna be $190 each so I think that was unfair too.
That being said it was a fantastic holiday. I would definitely go back to the Maldives and I would like to go back to Sri Lanka but not sure what we would see that was different.
I would like to just say one thing and that is the stray dogs are a little bit disturbing to begin with and if you are a dog lover as I am it is a little bit upsetting at times because some of them are ina terrible state. we decided to give some money to a charity that helps the dogs the street dogs.

Thailand experience
Rob, has been extremely helpful in guiding us through with our holiday itineraries to enjoy our holiday with a balance experience, giving us the best flights with minimum waiting time for our connecting flight's, good hotel’s and locations, and the price which we very much appreciated, he was very patient, helpful and making sure, that is what we wanted, last year we did a Japan/South Korea trip with them and were extremely impressed with the package, that was the best holiday experience we had.
