Really happy with our experience with Luxtripper, and especially with Rob M.
I dealt with Rob mainly through WhatsApp, which made everything so easy. He was always friendly, quick to reply and more than happy to answer my questions.
Rob managed to get us a fantastic deal for Siyam World in the Maldives, he even secured us a free upgrade and we honestly couldn’t be happier. He really listened to what we were looking for and made the whole process so simple and stress-free.
What I really liked was how personal the service felt. Rob said he would be our personal travel agent and that we could contact him with any queries, even while we’re actually in the Maldives. It’s really reassuring to know that there’s someone there if we need any help while we’re away.
We’ve really enjoyed dealing with Rob and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him or Luxtripper. Now we just need to get on that plane and enjoy the Maldives! 🌴☀️🇲🇻

Exceptional service
We reached out to Lux tripper and had the option of emails or WhatsApp to communicate. We choose WhatsApp. Kate our agent at Lux Tripper was so responsive with our messages. Booking a holiday to the Maldives is a minefield in itself and Kate ensured to understand our needs, wants and wishes. There was never any pressure from Kate to accept a suggestion she gave us.
If we disliked a suggestion Kate never mentioned it again. She was polite and listened at every step. Giving suggestions that matched our list. ( it’s was a long list 😜)
Kate’s service was second to none. Allowing us time to digest the different quotes she had spent time getting for us. She allowed us to go back to her on numerous occasions with questions and suggestions.
Once a resort was chosen by us, Kate triple checked we were happy with our choice and our understanding of the booking process. She helped us find a fantastic resort with an excellent price point. Beating other quotes we had received as well.
We can not fault Kate in anyway. She will be in touch with us throughout our 81 day countdown , the holiday itself and until we return to make sure everything goes to plan.
As the holiday is for a special occasion Kate is also going to ensure the resort are aware.
We will 100% use Kate’s services for future holidays after this one in November 2026.
Highly recommend Kate & Lux Tripper. Thanks Kate.

Fantastic service planning our dream holiday
Lucas has been absolutely brilliant throughout the whole booking process.
We were looking to arrange a fairly complicated holiday covering 5 destinations and 7 flights, with a number of changes along the way. Lucas was professional, efficient and extremely patient in working through our requests and adapting the itinerary whenever we needed to make changes.
He kept us fully updated throughout and took the time to speak with us in detail, ensuring we had all the information we needed to make the right decisions and ultimately create the perfect holiday for our family.
Our holiday isn’t until next summer, but the level of service we have received from Lucas so far has been exceptional. Nothing has been too much trouble, and his knowledge, communication and attention to detail have been fantastic.

Amazing experience and highly recommend
My family and I’ve booked two trips to Dubai for Christmas and New Year’s Eve. The first trip was so enjoyable we’ve booked again this year. Christmas is a special time and it’s important to make it memorable. The booking process is stress-free and they find the best options and packages to suit your budget and family.
