GIANT RED FLAG

PLEASE FILTER 1 STAR REVIEWS :) you’ll find all the info you need to make a rational decision. They keep magically having tons of people write reviews apparently after every bad one lol - reads like chat gpt hard at work l lol

What a joke. Stay away. Offices are glorified P.O. Boxes.

Over 50 negative reviews that they were able to get removed but you can find in Trust Pilot info (thank God trust pilot keeps the data!)

They keep leaving similar replies. One account was lost due to their system, had they not made changes to it account would have passed the following day lol

Two - they removed my other account I had which never had any breaches and was positive 25k (1M account) because I called them out publicly.

Three and most important - everything I’ve said is true lmao look at their addresses. Look at trust pilot negative reviews they’ve had flagged (over 50). Read through their five star trust pilot reviews, total joke lol

What a great overall experience and helping hand (Support and Mentors) you all provide for us “beginners” and any other experience traders out looking for a great opportunity like this! I am just beginning and I was nervous at first but after reviewing all the material and aligning things up with your trading rules I’m confident to start this career/ life changing journey with the LTF family!

Lux trading is very cost effective compare to other. Spreads are great and potential to grow the account up to 10M. A very honest firm.

I liked that the company uses good trading platforms. Interesting, clear interface. Attractive offers.

Transitioning to Lux Trader’s MT5 has shown me their mastery in crafting the perfect trading environment. It’s a showcase of their expertise and dedication.

I just enjoy the firm, and I had some questions, the support team helped me through the process and provided feedback and they made sure I was satisfied.
I am very happy I found this firm because of the super service they provide, and the integrity they have.

I love this company! I have been learning how to be a professional trader by keeping their rules on a $50,000 evaluation account. The dashboard with its account analyses tab is awesome! I would have never figured out how real professionals apply risk management to a trading account had I not found Lux Trading. The whole idea of using “Available Risk Capital” instead of the account balance for my risk was foreign to me. It is priceless what I am learning in my evaluation. I am excited to make this my future career.
One more thing. The chat feature is the best. I have always been able to reach someone, and the representatives are very informative.

Lux trading firm stinks, there platform "the lux trader" works about half the time. Doesn't close out entire positions, double charged for commission because I have to manually close the remainder. SL or TP not working, I have reached out various times with many of different tech issues. The only response I get is unprofessional and tells me to trade on MT5... The whole point of trading for this crappy firm was because their "platform" if you can call it that is integrated with tradingview, but a dumbed down version. Agree with other poster there are better firms out there. Have multiple screenshots and videos as well of the errors all of which have been sent to their tech team.... They comment back saying I'm requesting a refund on a different account, no... I'm requesting a refund on all the accounts I have open from them. They say one occurrence, I have multiple screenshots from their own platform of the failures they put forth. This is the type of response you get from their "management team" they spin everything in their favor anytime you reach out to them, they also gaslight and try to discredit people to save their own ass. You're a joke, your company is a joke, will never trade with you scammers again. You act like a child.

HUGE RED FLAG 100% confirmed DO NOT USE

1. Company offices are not actual offices - they are virtual locations setup that are effectively PO Boxes for businesses.

2. Trust pilot reviews seem fabricated. Read through the most recent 100 reviews. All 5 star simply talk about platform etc and are clearly written by someone from fiver or the owner dummy accounts.

3. Threatened to ban my account and refer to legal team (a team they don't have obviously) if i did not remove my trust pilot review of them being a scam.

If you have been taken advantage of by this company you should contact Mastercard and Visa immediately for refund. They will claw back funds from them - note points 1 and 2 of this review and they will immediately refund you.

Currently dealing with a completely inept representative, "Mike", who doesn't have any comprehension of how facts work nor the trading firm software for that matter. The representative, Mike, claims that Lux trading firm allows for crypto trading in markets over weekends and holidays. He claims my stop loss was hit over the weekend, ironically I'd be up over 80k right now on account if that were not the case.

Lux trading firm has NEVER had live quotes on weekends for crypto markets and recently (thursday Dec 28, 2023) they changed liquidity provider to btc/GDAX trading from BTC/USD - another RED FLAG considering good prop firms don't change liquidity providers hardly ever - LUX has done this multiple times, I wonder why? hmmmm

Regardless, Mike continued to gaslight me about trading being live on weekends and when i showed him screenshot and video proof that it was not live continued to gaslight. I asked to speak to his manager and he said he would not pass me on to one. I will await a manager to speak to and reactivation of my profitable 1MM account - if this is done i will update review as my assumption is the inept employee is the only one working holiday hours.

If it is not done, I will also update review showing further evidence of this nonsense along with screenshots of every conversation we have had.

Update: Mike the inept employee just threatened to remove my other paid account with Lux Trader if I continued to update and give bad review. I have asked to speak to a manager multiple times now and he refuses.

I have multiple other accounts across many different prop firms and have never had such disrespect and issue from a "technical support" - also, name is signed "Mike". The jury is still out on this one but not looking good!

Update #2 - Mike the inept has disabled my other account as well that is currently in profit of $25,000. I will be adding more reviews as time goes on along with a website link with full transparency of our entire conversation.

I also believe there is an extremely high likelihood of scrupulous behavior by reading through the other trust pilot reviews which i will highlight in my next review. Prove me wrong I asked him, they don't even have payout proof from other traders or a discord where people that actively trade can communicate with one another. This is 100% NOT A COMPANY TO BE TRUSTED.

UPDATE 4:

This company is a total nonsense - i am certain. Their offices are not even proper offices. They are all virtual locations setup in buildings similar to what WeWork use to be. These are essentially PO Boxes.

Additionally, if you look at all the reviews on trust pilot the majority appear to be written by fiver paid people and/or some nonsense.

They all talk about the platform, use same type of words and phrases, and exact same topics.

Trust pilot, this company is bad news - you should look into them.

so far everything is working as I had hoped, in my mind the question that remains is how things will go when it's time for me to receive a payment and how well that goes, hopefully as well as the rest

The account purchase was a seamless process

SPY500 and AMC stock tickers were removed from trading without notice.

I appreciate the professionalism of this company. I love the feature of being able to trade through trading view charts. Looking forward to much success with this company!

Seems ok not done the challenge as yet

their profit split looks logic and truly I appreciate when we have trouble their support answer almost instantly.thank Lux trading for supporting us

More improvement is required. Alerts for levels to be included. Take Profit and SL to be set in the chart with clicks only like Trading view. Smart Money Concept introduced. News trending for important events. I am happy with this platform than any other one still even without the improvements. Thanks for listening.
