Ordered the face and neck sculptor for Christmas, a bit sceptical after reading reviews! But have been really pleasantly surprised, noticing mild differences, nothing overly dramatic at this point, but if nothing else, its such a lovely facial before bed, with the heat and vibration on the red setting, it’s so relaxing I have no problem dropping off to sleep at all! Really pleased. 😀👍

The Lux Skin Body sculptor helps shrink my stomach bloat each time i used it. Have not been as consistent with it but i love it so far! Would highly reccommend for minimal belly/waist reduction.

If I could give a -1 I would just for the way they con you.
They give you a 90 day trial where you can return if not happy. I trialed the Body Sculpting handset and had no results at all so asked to return.
What they fail to tell you is that they then charge you the delivery cost and you need to pay to return the product to China when you are in fact dealing with Lux Skin Uk.
The products come from Uk but you have to pay all the extra to send it back to China which feels like a punishment.
I have actually bought a few things from here but will never use them again.
Once they know you want to return then send you the email with the address on and then don’t respond when questioned.
The terms of return do not say China or I would have never bought in the first place.

Items not delivered & tried to contact to advise but all my emails get returned. I cant get any proof of delivery & i cant get hold of anyone. Worse company to deal with & now £20.00 down with no products

DO NOT ORDER! Tried the infusion kit and it made my skin break out creating bumps and redness for over a week. Created holes in my neck that are still there after weeks. I requested a refund based on their money back guarantee and they want a tracking number to send back to China which costs over $70 dollars. SCAM!

I wouldn’t even give it 1 star. I never received my item and now nearly 2 months have passed. I receive generic email responses and automated replies. After looking up comments online it is clear this company is grossly incompetent and I suspect fraudulent! Do not order from them!!!

Dont buy from them, the product an LED face mask stopped working within a week

What an absolute joke

I'd give zero if I could. I ordered a body sculptor hand set and waited for their delayed delivery on to get a faulty product. This product cost $130 and I sent them an exchange request. They want me to pay for the shipping fee and apparently it has to be shipped back to CHINA which will cost me $70. The customer service does not answer all my queries ans would just reiterate that I have to shoulder the shipping fee even if its their fault for giving me a product which did not undergo QC. The reviews in their "canadian" site is definitely fake. And these products that costs us hundreds of dollars definitely just cost $10 or even lower in China. Never ordering again and I will do whatever I can to warn people not to be a victim of this scam shop.

I’m concerned that something went wrong when using the needles, as I’ve noticed spots appearing on my face and neck. I’m very unhappy with the results and haven’t noticed any improvement. I’m worried that the spots may spread further. Could you please advise on how I can return the product?

Stay away, they charge but don't deliver

Made an order over 12 hours ago after a friend recommended this website.
The page loaded to say the order was received and I would get confirmation soon.
Never received a confirmation email (not in junk folder either).
The money was taken out of my account but no order number or confirmation email.
Seems like a scam website.
Emailed them but didn’t hear anything back yet. Will have to call the bank to try get the money back.

This is my second time ordering from Lux . I will never do it again. It takes them forever like over a month or 2 to ship a product. Terrible customer service they don’t respond to emails and you cannot phone them. I highly recommend do NOT use LUx!

Still waiting for my order. Ordered more than 30 days ago. Company wont help. Just keep saying wait another 5 days. Disgusting! About to contact consumer affairs. Can take money but don't deliver goods.

Id give zero if i could. Bought face sculptor as a gift. Thought I would charge up and check before gifting and as per other reviews it does not work or come on at all (yes ive charged it) i bought one got one free. No wonder they are giving them away. They are also incredibly flimsy and cheap when unboxed. Id avoid. Going to try and chargeback from bank if cant arrange return or refund

Wish I could give negative stars! I am getting grey hairs dealing with this company. I purchased the cellulite device - was not cheap and I am a single Mum so on a tight budget but wanted to treat myself to a little self care. The first one stopped charging after a week, I sent them a video and asked for a refund which they refused and I finally let them send me a new one. 2nd one turns on for a minute then turns off even when fully charged. They asked for many videos showing the old one, new one, them together - did my head in but I sent them. This time I thought surely I could get a refund but nope - they seem to ignore legal requirements and follow their own rules so I have no idea how they are still allowed to operate?? NZ has the fair trade act for a reason which states a refund should be offered if a device is faulty. I have tried to tell them this and I just get a robotic response asking for my delivery address for a replacement.... DONT BUY FROM HERE

Do not waste your money this site is a scam. You will not get your product. I have waited 6 weeks and have sent several emails and phone calls and no product.

I wish I could give zero star. Bought a microdermabrasion kit costing me 24e including the delivery. And the tool never worked. It says to charge for six hours and then use the tool. It only works for few seconds and never turned on. They are definitely fake product. Now they are giving me discount every months for all those fake products. Please Don't buy from them
