Sorry to hear that the courier (Evri) have delayed delivery of your international order! Whilst international orders from the UK to EU do take longer now since Brexit, we do agree their service has been slow and poor so far with no explanation given for why the parcel was held up at the UK hub, please accept our apologies for their service!
We are trying to gain more information from Evri regarding an exact delivery date but we can confirm the parcel is in Ireland now with courier.
it’s worth noting that we only use Evri’s services for a small amount of orders, those where the location and parcel size make it too expensive to send with our usual couriers, this is one of those instances but based on this experience we may look into using a different courier but with an increased postage rate in the future.

Quick delivery & high qualify
I purchased a 5500k photography bulb to replace the older CFL one that came with my softbox. Although both are supposedly 5500k, the luxlight LED bulb is much much more accurate to actual daylight, and doesn’t have a weird tint, or the greenish tint you get from low quality LEDs. Although the bulb isn’t as efficient in terms of lumens per watt as some newer Philips LED bulbs (or other market leaders), it’s still much more efficient than CFL while being brighter - plus, Philips doesn’t yet make high lumen output bulbs at 5500k daylight, nor bulbs with CRI >80 that are very bright. Very happy with my purchase, and will definitely shop here in the future - the amount of low quality photography bulbs that riddle Amazon are infuriating.

Very helpful advice, swift service and great results
Very helpful advice from your online chatroom. I went on to buy a number of your vivid pro 30w bulbs which have proved absolutely perfect for my photography. They work in my Interfit system without any issues. No flicker and no colour correction required on the images now which has saved hours of work! I'm delighted.
