I ordered a solid walnut wood display case. What I got is a cheap softwood timber frame, poorly made with a flimsy plastic cover. I work in the building trade and guess the costs of the product could not be more that £5 - and that's pushing it. I paid £68. I checked my purchase receipt and surprise, surprise they don't accept returns. Such is the misrepresentation of the product I will be taking further action through Etsy.

Ordered a couch online at Lux Home Decor. Ten days later and I call for an update and it's just sitting in their warehouse. Customer service tries to save face by saying there was a question about the material and color, which actually makes them look dumb (this couch comes in 1 material only and 2 colors only). I had to call them a number of times and the next guy argued with me. If I hadn't called, I'm pretty sure I would still not have the couch. As it is, it took 5 weeks to get here.
I saved @$200 at Lux Home Decor and honestly with the hassle and crappy customer service, slow delivery with their shipping partner, I will pay the extra next time to deal with a more reputable company.
I ordered a Dillion leather sofa. The delivery was great. However the sofa started cracking ( like wood breaking ) within days of delivery. I finally contacted luxhomedecor and was told there is no warranty. Basically they said I was stupid to buy from luxhomedecor because they offer no product warranty for any of their furniture and wished me good luck. I will never order from them again.
