While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

This is a fraudulent business!

This is a fraudulent business. Do NOT order from here. They will charge your credit card, tell you the items have shipped but the tracking numbers never generate information. Jena replied to one email saying I should have received my order but since I didn’t, she would re-send. Of course nothing ever came and Jena who supposedly runs Luxfaire stopped responding to emails. There is no phone number to call for help. I ended up having to open a dispute with my credit card company. If you want Dita merchandise buy it in Vegas at her show. Do NOT order from Luxfaire because you’ll never receive it and you won’t get your money back without work on your end.

Fraudulent Business | Dita Von Teese 🐍

Fraudulent business! I ordered $146 USD worth of products to only receive $25 worth. (2 items missing and 1 received). When I contacted Luxfaire to ask for a refund on the missing items I had nothing but ignored emails from Dita’s sister Jena in which I then had to take to PayPal to open a dispute. She then told me she’d sent the money (not was going to) but had returned the funds in which no money was received. I then had to resort to taking to Instagram to write the business was fraudulent along with writing another email to Jena saying I’d be contacting my bank directly if I didn’t received what she said she’d already sent within 24 hours, which was the only thing that then finally made her do it. 🐍
