Amazing Scarf!

Amazing purses and customer service
Absolutely amazing products and customer service. I've never bought anything overseas or from luxe volition before but I'm so impressed with everything! Jenny has helped me with all of my questions and when I got the purses they were perfect! I'm already using it and I got it last night. Will definitely be purchasing again. A Really great shop, but expensive shipping outside of the UK
Really good shop. The products looked liked the picture and they were good quality. But I live in Demmark therefore the shipping was a lot. Mainly because of Brexit. The shipping ended up costing more than the items.

Unfortunately, this is the main reason why we refrained from offering international shipping for such a long time, as issues, such as Brexit are out of our control and we were worried about negative responses from our customers as a result. Our aim was to grow in the UK for the next few years before expanding internationally, but we didn’t get this opportunity, as we were bombarded on a daily basis with requests for international shipping and we didn’t want to disappoint anyone.
We knew that customs and taxes would be an issue and we have tried to make this as transparent as possible at the checkout and on our international shipping policy on our website. We also dedicated a section to European customers, who may not be aware of the changes with Brexit in the UK. We stated in the policy that for European customers who aren’t sure about what taxes and customs may be incurred to contact their local tax office to find out further information before placing an order.
We spent a very long time trying to find the most affordable courier rates, but with Brexit the prices have inflated considerably with all international couriers. We also send all parcels via a tracked and insured method, so that we can ensure that all of our customers get their parcels as expected and with a peace of mind due to end-to-end tracking. We could send our orders via untracked methods, which could be deemed cheaper. But, as this method is uninsured, we wouldn’t be able to compensate any lost parcels as a small business without the additional parcel insurance.
We can only apologise that you felt like you had to leave a 4-star and we hope we can make up the 5 in the future.
We hope we’ve explained our reasonings for the concerns you’ve expressed in depth and again we are very sorry about any of the additional costs incurred on your order.

Absolutely fantastic service! The quality of the bag I purchased was amazing and I’m assuming all of their bags would be the same quality! Probably the best dupes for designer I’ve seen! I’ve had so many people ask me about the bag and I have happily forwarded the site to them. I also purchased a pair of earrings, again they look like they will last a long time and looked really nice on, can’t wait to wear them out!
They are so quick to reply and help. I can’t wait for them to grow and get bigger and introduce more things because I’m definitely going to shop from them over and over again!

Great customer service! I messaged about an item which was out of stock and they kept me updated and messaged me as soon as they were back in stock (before posting the restock on Instagram). My item was dispatched less than 2 hours later and arrived very quickly. It was nicely packaged and even had some complimentary little chocolates! Very happy with my new necklace and would recommend this brand.
