Bought a ring from here and it looked like cheap tat. Returned it at my own expense and have proof of postage but they’re claiming the ring was never received so won’t refund me. My experience has been poor and I’ve now lost money so wouldn’t advise anyone to buy from here based on this.

I’m absolutely thrilled with these heart earrings! They’re so me. Very pretty and no reactions so far so believe them to be gold plated on stainless steel. That’s important to me as I am really sensitive to nickel. Got these with a discount code and honestly for the price I don’t think they can be beaten.

I’m so happy with the jewellery I ordered it’s beautiful and unique. Comes in lovely packaging would be ideal for gifting. I have already ordered another ring. There was an issue with my delivery which was entirely the fault of Royal Mail but the customer services was excellent with a super quick and professional response from an actual human not AI bot. Couldn’t recommend this company more.

Bought the heart gemstone gold necklace last week and was so disappointed, the chain feels so light and flimsy and is a much more fake looking gold than shown in the picture. The length of the chain is really short and feels tight around my neck. For £36 I expected higher quality

I ordered a pair of earrings from luxe tones then realised there was a matching necklace so ordered separately and asked if they could be sent together saving on one postage this was done swiftly. The earrings and necklace arrived but there was a slight fault on one of the earrings, I emailed and a replacement was sent straight away no quibble. I would definitely recommend luxe tones. 👏

The jewellery i ordered was a little more lightweight than I had hoped but it looks beautiful and the pricing is fair. Delivery was super fast too. One of the pair of earrings I ordered was faulty and this was quickly replaced with a new pair with no quibble. Great service

I had a problem with delivery in which Luxe Tones resolved within 24 hours. I would 100% recommend this online shop.

I have used this Company once before, so when 10 days ago I had to succumb to a virus that's in the vicinity and I had a special gift needed, and unable to go shop I turned to them.
Within 4 days of order a really pretty necklace, arrived, securely wrapped and nicely presented, all I need to do is to put it in a pretty little gift bag. NO. It didn't cost an arm and a leg. Will definitely be using them again.
