I ordered a product got a confirmation email immediately after payment online, then I noticed i forgot to put my house number onto the address I tried to contact them but every email comes back invalid email or it does not exist, this is the second time in 2026 ive been scammed for adverts on Instagram, its a joke and disgusting

They use Laura Geller photos and descriptions but their products are NOT authentic Laura Geller, made in Italy. They are cheap, fake products from China.
This is the 2 nd time I have ordered from this company and it’s been weeks and my order has not been shipped. This company just changes a letter in their name to get by all the negative reviews! Lusglow, Luxglow, Luxgloe. It’s crazy these people are allowed to do this. PLEASE DONT ORDER FROM LUXGLOE or whatever they call themselves. You won’t get your product, and if you do it will be months.
