Would not buy from this company - the owner has absolutely no integrity or respect. More than happy to steal and claim other peoples products and work as their own, and when served with legal documents for doing so, will ghost and disappear without taking responsibility and facing the consequences of thievery.

I imagine they would deal with their customers in the exact same way!

I would not buy anything from here. Bought a mirror that I needed to return. I contacted seller on the day I received it as it says to contact them within 2 day's. I hadn't heard anything for 4 days and after contacted them a further 3 times eventually was told as I hadn't put a header in the email they didn't receive it as it went to spam folder. It was £50 to return and I couldn't afford to lose £50 .Emma Lee who was corresponding with me was really unhelpful and insulting. I am now left with a mirror I can't use.

I bought a marble top 6-seater dining table from LuxebyTamara. The quality was really good and was delivered within 10 days. Really loved the marble top finish and was pretty easy to assemble as well. Definitely recommend! They’re pretty quick with replying to email queries too!

Placed an order back in April and had a non stop issues for 2 months. The first table was shipped on time, yet according to tamara lost within the courier company, which I wouldn't know if I didn't chase them via emails. After a month (when delivery shouldn't take any longer than 21days) I been told there is nothing they can do. I requested for another table to be sent, but enquired I would like them to use other courier company, which Tamara agreed on yet it was still handled with the same XDP delivery company. I had no time slot or even update whatsoever when to expect the delivery (the website says you should get it 24-48 hours prior delivery) but received a phone call its being delivered rn when I wasn't home, no information how to chose redeliver date, rude driver no help. I was given wrong tracking number which stopped me with the redelivery. After 2 months of this draining situation I receive an email saying table has been damaged and they're out if stock now (clearly it wasnt damaged when they tried to deliver it). Long story short - millions emails, terrible time management, zero organisational skills, outcome - 2 months wasted, no table, no effort.

I ordered a mirror from Luxe By Tamara, it arrived within a couple of days. the mirror was perfect, and well worth the money. I have received so many compliments and have recommended this company to family and friends.

Very disappointing experience and I will not purchase from Luxe By Tamara.
I placed an order for 2 Light Oak Cross Back Bar Chairs sold as a pair as per their website via Etsy. I was emailed by Luxe of Tamara to say it was a mistake and that they weren’t sold as a pair and the price was incorrect. I responded by saying it was a serious misrepresentation on both their website via Etsy and on their website direct. My order was cancelled by Luxe of Tamara and I was refunded. I placed another order this time through CarbelUK, purchasing two chairs, sold separately. I received an email to say the price was incorrect and it was a mistake on their website. My order was cancelled by CarbelUK and I was refunded.
The wording from both companies was identical and I fear they are run by the same people.
I did receive refunds from both companies however it is not acceptable to advertise an item at one price and then change the deal and price once an order it received and paid for.....
I will not order anything from both Luxe by Tamara or CarbelUK again.
