I purchased the product in advance, as I had seen in your reviews that shipping can take some time. The extensions were professionally fitted on 16/02, for which I have evidence. I also hold photographic evidence demonstrating the condition and quality issues with the hair, which I am prepared to provide if required, and I will be obtaining an assessment from a trichologist to independently verify my concerns regarding quality.
I have used an appropriate shampoo — a professional-grade, sulfate-free and bond-safe product — so it is not reasonable to suggest that a single wash would cause the extensions to fail. As I explained previously, the extensions were problematic from the outset.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If they are not, the consumer is entitled to a replacement, or refund. These statutory rights apply regardless of a seller’s terms and conditions, including policies stating that items must be unused, uncut, or that only specific branded products must be used.
I will not be accepting the 50% discount offer. In all honesty, even if the extensions were provided free of charge, I would not feel comfortable wearing them due to the issues experienced.
I have provided an opportunity to resolve this matter directly. As we have been unable to reach a satisfactory resolution, I will now be escalating this further.

Regarding a replacement, our Company Policy states that our quality guarantee is only valid when our dedicated aftercare products are used. Because these weren't used in this instance and because the hair was purchased two months ago with out the recommended aftercare products been used, we aren't able to offer a free-of-charge replacement. When alternative products are used on the hair extensions we can not guarantee the hair due to the possibility of harsh chemicals with in the alternative products which may cause damage to the hair. However, we really want you to love your hair. To help out, we’ve discussed your case and would love to offer you a 50% discount code for a new set of extensions. We’ll also include complimentary aftercare products to ensure this new set stays in perfect condition. With the correct maintenance, our extensions are designed to be reused for years. Our professional products are vital for protecting the hair from damage, which is why they are a requirement for our guarantee. We truly value your custom and want to make this right for you. I am obsessed with my hair extensions the quality is unreal. They are so thick from top to bottom. I am so happy I ordered.They hold the curl amazing and stay very silky soft after every wash. I get sooo many compliments and it's given me a huge confidence boost. There's no shedding compared to my last set from another brand. And the hair feels so premium quality. The hair is full with out feeling heavy and looks so natural honestly I can not praise enough.

Shocking customer service and product
I don't even want to give 1 star. Spent over £300 colour is nothing like advertised not worth the money.
Cant get refund only exchange this should be more prominently advertised on website before buying.
Stuck with hair extensions I can't use.
Customer service quote policy and don't want to know. Also took twice as long to arrive than again advertised.

Gorgeous hair and fantastic service every time. I always use these hair extensions as I know I can trust the quality. The team are very reliable and responsive and my order always turns up the perfect shade. I did have an issue with one of my customers deliveries last month but this was not an error from the team and they were very helpful and efficient and helping me get this issue resolved. My customers all love the hair as it is easy to manage and lasts so long.
