This is a fake- there is no UK boutique…

This is a fake- there is no UK boutique and the sob story is all lies. The clothes are shipped directly from China and are of a terrible quality. I am trying without success to obtain a return address and am demanding a full refund.
Do not fall for this scam. Use your credit card and their fraud department will claim your money back from these rogue traders.

This is a scam

This is a scam. Bought a dress via Instagram and it took weeks to arrive. When it did, the material was horrible and not as fluid as the picture represented. When I wrote and requested a refund I was told to send item back to China and I was responsible for all costs!

This is NOT a London based brand and the sob story is fake. This is a Chinese company selling awful quality clothes are stupidly high prices and then expect you to pay crazy return prices back to china despite having uk/London all over their website. Do not buy from them

Also known as Luxe Boutique

Also known as Luxe Boutique. Still bogus.

This company has changed its name on Facebook but I ordered what looked like nice dresses to receive some terrible material from China. I fortunately got my money back from my credit card co but this Luxe wouldn't offer me all my more money back.

Scam Business ….do not buy

I am another taken in by the social media advertising. After waiting for weeks for the items to arrive and then seeing the poor/faulty goods I am now in email conversation about partial refunds to “save me”the effort of returning to China!
This business should not be trading and I will be reporting to Trading Standards.

Scam company. Avoid!

I ordered a dress from this company, who disguised themselves on their webpage as an upmarket London based boutique who were closing down and were selling their items at discount prices. They showed an image of what is seemingly their store on their webpage. I made a huge mistake in not reading the reviews first. My dress arrived weeks after I had ordered. It was made of cheap material and terrible quality, and vastly overpriced. I contacted the company to ask for a refund. This was within their advertised 30 day refund timescale. I quickly realised this is a scam company who in my experience will do everything they can to avoid honouring refunds. In their first response they asked me to outline the reason I wanted a refund, which I responded to. In their second response they asked me to send a photo of the item - very strange as I had sent the original confirmation of the order so they should know what the item was. Following that, they then offered me a 15% partial refund, which I rejected. They then responded with an offer of a 20% partial refund, which again I rejected. They then emailed me to offer me a 25% partial refund and then outlined the many issues involved in returning an item, including the customer having to pay return postage, the time an item would take to reach them, and that there would be lengthy delays in processing a refund. They are not based on London at all and they do not have a boutique. They are based in China, where items have to be returned to. I have attempted to email them again but they have now blocked me. This is a total scam company and I hope others don’t get duped as I did. If I could give them a zero star, I would.

Some Chinese manufacturer in disguise

Some Chinese manufacturer glitzing up their products and selling them for a ridiculously high amount.
If this brand was marketed as a shein, and had shein prices I would be far less annoyed by my order. But having paid almost £100 for three items and to then receive horrible quality and bad fitting… I can’t even be arsed to attempt the return process as I will have to pay out of pocket.AVOID THIS SHOP

Do not buy dresses from here

Do not buy dresses from here - I wish I had read reviews before buying. Awful quality, cheap fabric and nothing like the pictures online. Not "luxe" at all. They then try to get you to keep them by offering you a 15% discount then if you refuse ask for pictures of the dresses then say if they've been taken out of the original packaging you may not get a refund. Don't make the same mistake as me, DO NOT BUY!

Total Scam!

I am so shocked about all these reviews saying the quality and colours were amazing. The three dresses I received were awful, they’re see through, poorly made, not sized as advertised and they took much longer to arrive. The money back guarantee is rubbish, you have to jump through a lot of loops to get anywhere. They’ve taken my payment twice and won’t refund me for the double payment. I am so frustrated and worried about what I do next because the shipping back to China is going to cost me more than the dresses were! £200 down and no where to go from here. Complete and utter scam. Do not get caught up in it like I have!

A total scam

A total scam. Dresses are VERY cheap and not what is being advertised. If you try and get a refund you just end up bargaining with them as they offer you percentages back. A joke of a company!!!

A total scam

A total scam. Item received was totally different to the picture, cheap, Chinese made rubbish. 30 day money back guarantee is non existent - it costs more to send item back because of the restrictions placed - and the return address is China! The whole closure story is absolute rubbish - don't be fooled!

Luxe and London are scammers. AVOID.

As others have said, Luxe and Luna are most certainly a scam company. I ordered a couple of dresses, which turned out to be absolutely abysmal quality. I initiated a return, only to be told that I would only receive a 20% refund. I was given the option to pay for the postage myself and I was given a return address in China. Shipping estimates are around £60.

Nowhere on their website does it mention that returns go to China and incur massive fees.

They are clearly scamming customers and I will be reporting them to trading standards, as well as involving my bank to initiate a chargeback.

Avoid like the plague...scam

Like previous posters I wish I had seen these reviews prior to parting with my hard earned money. I ordered what looked like a beautiful dress as actreat. It arrived snd was NOTHING like that advertised. The material was awful and the sizing was way out. At least 3 sizes too big.
Several attempts at contact and I was finally responded to..asking for a detailed description of the reason for return, then photos and today an offer of a replacement for £11 and to keep the dress..which I "could gift to someone".
I am so angry...the company presents itself as London based..clearly not.
Am considering going to trading standards but suspect they have legally complied to cover themselves.
They should be put out of business!

Scam. Do not order

Ordered five dresses that all arrived late and were all absolutely diabolical quality.
One even smelt so bad (of chemicals) I didn’t even bother opening the last two dresses.

Emailed to request a refund and the email wouldn’t deliver.
Private messaged on instagram to be told “customer services will be in touch” and they haven’t.
Sent subsequent messages with no response.
Scam.
Avoid avoid avoid.

Shocking service

I would agree with previous comments about this company adn wish I head read them before ordering. Delivery was slow but perhaps understandable coming from China. Impossible to return items - difficult to find actual address and the. when you write ...no reply. Take Care...

SCAM

SCAM! DO NOT ORDER.
Dress came and is absolutely awful quality and sizing. I requested a refund which they’ve made really difficult and it’s taken me 5 emails to actually get an address to return the dress. The address is in China and will cost more for me to send back. They want a picture of the dress, me to fund the return and tracking and have said it will take a long time to refund the return once I’ve sent it. They’ve offered me 30% partial refund which is £10 out of £30 original price. I assume that is how they’re making their money because it’s not worth funding the refund and trusting you’ll actually get it once the dress is sent. I think it’s really bad that they have ‘London’ in the name, very misleading and absolutely awful quality. DO NOT ORDER.
