Placed my order on the 31 of Dec 2018 but still no delivery or tracking details of the luxe pods I ordered. Even Website has no contact details.

Just like everyone else here, this is a total scam! It's been over a month and I have emailed and nothing. Am filing a claim with paypal and tried to file a complaint with the BBB, but can't find where they are located in order to do so. Terrible!!!!
