When ordering a facial sculpture 7/1 from Lux Cove I didn’t realise it wasn’t the official site I’d ordered from as it looks exactly the same but on emailing LuxCove they have said it’s not them and it’s from a different site counterfeiting them , when I go into tracking my order it just says awaiting instructions so I think I’ve lost my £37+ as no one will reply and there is no sign of my goods , I’ve waited nearly a month now it’s a joke
Be careful don’t order off LuxCoveshop.com it’s a scam

I had to give to my friend as I have a pacemaker, but she is completely wowed with this product getting compliments from her friends.

Waited over a month for my order to arrive, in the mean time I heard different reviews so I purchased something else, when it finally arrived I decided to return ( unopened) I contacted the company and they replied saying they are aware of my reason to return and would contact me with what to do next , that was a week ago , emailed them several times more with no response, can anyone help please?,

I placed an order on 24/12/25. It arrived within the time frame stated on 2/01/26. When I opened the box, I found that some of the products were not branded as shown on the pictures online. One of the products was not the one I ordered. Since then, I have emailed the company twice, following the company’s guidelines for returns, but have not received a confirmation as of yet.

Great product but delivery was quite long

Goods received as ordered, packaging slightly damaged but products were not. I was sceptical about whether this would really do what is advertised, but I have to say my skin is certainly benefiting. It’s glowing & there is some difference to the naturally sagging skin & fine lines. I feel in time this will continue to improve as it is only 22 days since I started regularly using on a daily basis

Order received pretty quickly. It's really easy to use and only takes a few minutes each day. I've only been using it about 3 weeks so I think I'm seeing a difference, but not totally sure - hence only the 4 stars! If after a few more weeks usage I really do see a difference then it will definitely be 5 stars,
