The Luxafor flag and application work brilliant together with MS Teams. But one thing I don't understand and that is why "do not disturb" or "focusing" has the color pink and not red. "Busy" does has the red light. And in my world "do not disturb" and "busy" is the same to - it should be red telling people that now it is not a good time to interrupt me. Instead people interrupt me and ask "what does it mean when your flag is pink"? If I could map the colors myself according to status then it would be a 5 star product.

Pretty cool device. Love that it sync's with my Teams status so people know when I am in a meeting, busy or available!

Really enjoy using Luxafor Flag, as it helps me to tell my colleagues at work that I'm working rn, don't bother me, plz. And the funny thing is, I don't have to tell any words as color tells everything. I'm an introvert btw :D

The Luxafor flag works great, after a couple of months of use my laptop didn't want to see the flag as a device and the Support team helped me find the solution. They were great! I hope they keep upgrading the software, my flag is so helpful, especially in shared office space!

Got sent a CO2 monitor with broken battery charge indicator. According to customer support, that's absolutely normal because:
1. "... device works and is accurate in the meaning of measurements..."
2. "We have a policy of continuous Product development ... and thus reserve the right to amend the specifications of Products ... without prior notice"

Had to return at my own cost because _see above_

Bottom line: avoid this brand if you don't feel like playing a lottery.

On the bright side - customer support was responsive.

I have used a Luxafor flag for over 5 years. Right before (5 days) our Sales Kick Off, I came up with a plan to gift a Luxafor flag to all of my Sales Engineers at our annual kick off meeting.
I reached out to Andrew and he pulled a rabbit out of his hat, and delivered on time.

Our office recently purchased the Luxafor LED flags for most of our employees. We just moved into a new building that has an open floor plan. These flags are exactly what we needed. No more wondering if your colleague is busy or waiting awkwardly near them to only find out that they're in a Zoom meeting. Best part is that it works with Teams.
PROS: These flags are completely visible from across the room. Incredibly easy to install and get working. They're mobile. Many colors to work with. Adjustable brightness.
CONS: May need to add another double sided tape that has more adhesive. Aside from that, our office has not experienced any issues.
If you don't have these in your office, you really should.

The new Luxafor button is brilliant and removes all the "you are on mute" irritation. For those calls that you are mostly on mute and just want to "pipe in", touching the button unmutes you and mutes you again when you lift your finger.

Product didn't work correctly after a few days. After hours of troubleshooting I decided to go a different route. 5 stars to customer service in trying to solve the problem.

The Luxafor light works very well, and changes automatically from 'available' to 'busy' when I am on a Skype/Teams call. Being able to quickly change it between colours with a keyboard shortcut is very handy.
However, the blue tooth distance is very poor...and this is one thing that most people complain about. From my desk to my office door is about 15 feet and the blue tooth cannot even reach this far. I have had to put the blue tooth receiver on a USB extension cable and run it closer to the door of my office...which is less than ideal.
Having the LED light also power off automatically when the computer is logged off would be beneficial as well. It is a moderate inconvenience to have to unplug it at the end of each day.
I was hoping to be able to use this product in all our offices, but with the limited blue tooth range, and the fact that the LED light stays RED when the user is not logged onto their computer, I don't see it as as a feasible option, unless those two items can be addressed.

My son and I share an office, and needed a way to signal others when we are busy in a meeting or following a lecture. The Luxafor Bluetooth does the job: two dots on our office door, steered from each one's PC do a perfect job. It's a perfectly working affordable solution. I intend to use the Luxafor Flag once back in main office, and we'll be using the Luxafor Cube to indicate bathroom availability. Once you get used to it, it's natural to extend the usage of this system to other free/busy contexts.

my Bluetooth busy light has been a wonderful tool so far, aside from everyone wanting to know where I got it from the first week. It is smart and simple and keep me focused!

Using Luxafor Pomo Timer for a while, it's easy to concentrate on a deep-work session and then to take a short breath to reboot the brain. Nice tiny gadget!

Bought 3 Luxafor "flags" a while ago. Delivery was quick. With the help of the protocol description, it was a matter of minutes to get my own (Delphi) application going. After a few weeks people even started to change their behavior and to check the flag's color. Interruptions were drastically reduced. Now the flag is on red all day, and I'm a happy boy.
