Exellent service!!
Ordered a D.Ming cover by Lux-Case for my Note 20 ultra which was timely delivered, but unfortunately, the postal service handling had totally destroyed the product which was left unusable.
I reported this to support at Lux-Case, and had immediately very positive response and within short time they sent me a replacement product!
This is what I call thrustworthy internet shopping!

Hidden import fees to get you to buy
Does not at all clearly outline that there will be additional VAT and import fees to pay when shopping at their page, rather it's hidden in their delivery information page which you yourself have to seek out. This can easily double the price of whatever you're buying.
When shopping at a Norwegian page ending in .no I do not expect them to exclude VAT and import fees while also shipping from a foreign address.
Sly tactics to get you to purchase. 1/10.

long delivery time and horrible customer service
Ordered a tablet cover and paid extra for quick delivery.
Delivery was promised withing 2-5 days.
When it did not arrive on time, I paused the invoice and contacted customer service. They answered 4 times, with at least 5 days intervals, but seemed not to adress the issue. after 30 days they just stopped replying, and when the tablet cover arrived after 38 days, I had to pay extra tax on it. Got a note from the post office that a package had arrived from another company "webpack" and no information other than this. Have done a lot of online shopping, and this is by far the worst customer service I have encountered, and I would urge people to stay away from this site.
