Avoid the ring stands for the back of your phone. Mine gave out after 2 weeks.
The adhesive works fine, I’ll give them that. But not a reliable product at all.

I ordered a case from this website. Worst thing I have done. Got an email a half hour after ordering to say it was sent. Ordered it on the 23 of Sept gave them all the 9 days to deliver and nothing. No tracking. Stay well away from this company clearly they are a scam like most that you see at the top of you Google search. Here now with no phone case and my money gone and so many other going by the reviews. They will now respond to this with an email stating they are sorry and it must be lost in transit while they walk away with my money. Shameful. Not once have they offered to help me in anyway and accused me of getting my own address wrong. Will not refund and it's been 2 weeks. Also the have the return address in Ireland to make it look like they are an Irish company. Don't waste your money

Ordered Garmin Tactix 7 AMOLED Flexible Bumper Case Protective Watch Cover Frame with Dial Plate - Black Doesn’t fit securely enough and I found myself having to keep putting it back on because it kept slipping off until I lost it a couple months after I bought it although relatively cheap probably don’t waste your money

I got the wrong item because is not mentioned on their website.
I tried to return it, their way but it is more expensive than the product.
The customer service never replied.

**And after my review, they contact me with the only goal to convince me that the product is right one; instead of helping me return it and be refunded. They are desperate to sell probably but this is not the right way to treat your customers if you want to keep them.

Great product. Fast delivery

Ordered around 5th July . Didn't arrive after a few weeks. Contacted them and they said they would open an investigation and response within max 48 hours. A week later I had to contact them again for them to say it was lost in transit and they don't have any more in stock, issuing me a refund. Meanwhile an entire month passed with 0 protection for my watch (I ordered screen protector).

I ordered and paid for some phone covers. Lux-case took the money and claimed the goods had been sent. Goods never arrived, I complained, Lux-case apologized and initiated a refund, claiming "out of stock" (without any specification, even though I ordered three different items). However, the exact same goods (by SKU number) are still being advertised on the site.

I bought a radio and power bank but it didn’t arrive. The package is missing and I is left alone with my frustration. I complained to the support but got no help other than they will look into my case and return to me within 48 hours. 48 HOURS??! What the hell? I need it now why do they need 48 hours to investigate the case? They could do it in a minute if they wanted to. What a lack of service. I’m sad because I need my order now I needed it days ago. Most, if not all, of us think that real leather comes from an animal, plastics from manipulated oil. Luxcase sells real leather that comes right out of a chemical factory. It's like Swarovski selling there crystals as real diamonds. There are all kind of qualifications and names for these kind of greedy guys.Buy a plastic phone cover for half the price somewhere else, stay away from luxcase and there fake "real leather"

Over 14 days after order placed for a simple phone case, no response to delivery status.
Several emails back and forth with "question" such as is this the correct delivery address suddenly.
3 weeks passed and asked them to refund, they confirmed a refund within 5 days, but considering the bad service lets see.
If I could give a 0 stars for waste of time I would!
