This company is a complete scam! Please do yourself a favor and do not order from here! I spent 300$ on a bunch of rompers and sundresses, and everything arrived finally two months later is complete garbage. I can’t even wear any of it, it’s so bad. None of the items look anything like their photos online. The material is extremely cheap! Most of the items aren’t even sewn together properly at all. The colors aren’t the same at all as the website. The company’a customer service is terrible and tried to get me to keep the items for a 10% refund. Then when they finally agreed I can send it back, it was going to cost me $80! I have been trying to dispute this through my card and going through a big nightmare trying to fight this! Please save yourself the hassle

I ordered 4 items and all of them are nice. Yes, clothes don’t have a brand tags, but 4 dresses for $100 isn’t bad. I put 4 stars because my package arrived a little bit late.

This place is a complete scam. I ordered from petalsstyle.com. My experience is similar to everyone else. I ordered 87 dollars worth clothes on 08/06/20. My shipping label was created on 08/10/20 from New York, so I was expecting my items to arrive soon thereafter. After tracking several times, the Post office had not received the package nine days later. I emailed customer service, the only contact for this company to ask about my purchase. They tell me that it was shipped and may take a few days for the tracking to update. Sounded like a bunch of crap to me, and magically my purchase arrives at the post office the same day. What I received was crap, I’ll fitting, see through material that did not fit not look like what I purchased. The package had no shipping label, the clothes have no tags. I immediately sent another email to their customer service wanting a refund. It took 15 messages between four people before they would finally give me a return address. They also told me that their would be a “customs tax” that I am responsible for and offered me a 3 dollar refund. The cost to ship it back to China would cost me 100 dollars, even though it was shipped out of New York. I have sent at least 40 emails to this company over the last few days. Total scam. When I googled the return address, it brought me to this page. Do not spend your money with them.

you should pay for the postage .and if there is customs fees,
we will deduct it from your payment, because we've already paid for the delivery to send it, so we will not responsible for the return posatge, this is the policy of company, hope you can understand, if you are agreeing on it, we will provide address, we will refund you after you return back it.

You paid less money in possesion of these clothes, it is worthwhile.

We had a cutomer returned back the item before, he has already paid about 30 USD for the
postage, but it met customs problem, he need to pay for about 30 USD custom fees and also need
a lot of datas, then the parcel was desdroyed and we lost a lot, the customer also lost a lot.

If I could give zero stars, I would. First, I requested the order be canceled IMMEDIATELY after I submitted the order, but didn’t receive any response until after the item shipped, over a month later. The quality of the item received was nothing like the product description. When the package was returned (after lengthy and confusing back-and-forth emails), I was told the address on the package I used was incorrect and I would not be awarded a refund. I used the return address on the package, no other instruction was provided by the agents of the company. This company should not be in business.

Do not order from here. A TOTAL scam. Save your time. Save your money.

I ordered a few items. Weeks go by with no email confirmation on my order. I email Luvrosy (the only way to reach them). Several days with no response. I reach out and ask to cancel my order. Several weeks no response. I follow up a few more times and am told I’ll get my order soon. I again ask to cancel. Several weeks later my order shows up. Cloths don’t match colors in pictures and are 3 and 4 inches smaller than advertised each. I write the company again, but their mailbox is full. A few weeks later I’m told if I pay to ship the clothes back to China (my shipping label says NY) and they get there in 100% condition (they are not responsible for what happens at customs or if they don’t receive them, they can consider a refund. Shipping to this China address was $100. My order was $112. I write the company emails daily for month and am talked down to and ignored and finally offered a $5 refund in the form of a coupon for more products. Are u kidding? Ridiculous.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEIR WEBSITE!!!!!!! I wish I had received these before I made my purchase. I hadn't received my items for over a month and wasn't able to get a hold of anyone on the emails from their website and PayPal, so I tried to get a refund through PayPal as it was made clear that I was not receiving the items, and then days after trying to get my money back, they sent me two of the four items I ordered and they were such cheap material and I could never wear them. They obviously wanted it to seem like they were holding up their end so that I couldn't get my money back, but it was no where near as described or pictured. One of the items they kept telling me they were out of and wanted me to wait until it was restocked, but I kept asking for my money back, then a few emails later they finally said they won't be restocking it (as if they ever had it in the first place) and they would like to refund me LIKE I HAD BEEN ASKING FOR WEEKS!!!! They then tried to offer me $8 of my $110 purchase through PayPal WHEN I WASN'T EVER RECEIVING ONE OF THE ITEMS!! I even was told by them that they would refund me if I return the items but I'd have to pay for shipping TO CHINA!! There was no way I was going to pay that much to send them back just so they can scam someone else with them, knowing they were not even refunding me for the item they never gave me. I made this purchase 3 months ago now and I am still trying to get my money back through PayPal. DO NOT GIVE THIS "COMPANY" YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!

Update: PayPal denied refunding me!! Save your money and do not purchase with them!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE!!! THEY DID NOT SEND ALL PURCHASED ITEMS AND WOULD NOT REFUND THE MONEY FOR THE ITEM THEY DID NOT MAIL. PRODUCTS DID NOT LOOK AS SEEN ON THEIR WEBSITE, TERRIBLY, AND CHEAPLY MADE. MOST IMPORTANTLY, THEY WILL NOT PROCESS RETURN!!! THEY USED PAYPAL TO PROCESS THEIR SCAM. BE AWARE!!!

I was sent items that didn't look like what I ordered, had no tags at all, and were off-size. They did not respond to emails and when I tried to look up the items I ordered a 404 page error comes up. PayPal was not helpful at all. I would have to pay a substantial amount (more than 50% of the total cost) to return the items. Wish I knew how/where to report them for fraud.

If there was a negative review, that is the review this company would get. The clothing is cheap quality and does not look like the pictures. Tried to return and they said they would give a credit on next purchase.....like I would ever buy their awful clothes again...NOT. Do not buy from this website!!! It is so awful I won't even donate it, just throwing in the trash. Lesson learned!

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered from Luvrosy. I have ordered from Shein in the past (another China-based online retailer) and had no issues so I thought with the professionalism of Luvrosy's website, I'd be OK. The products took several months to arrive and they in NO WAY resembled the photos and description of what I ordered. Even the 100 percent cotton shirt (as described on the web site) arrived in a polyester material that I can only liken to a plastic disposable tablecloth material. Please do not consider ordering from this company. You will be bitterly disappointed and out of $$$.

Horrible. Material so cheap You Could get better quality at the dollar store I ordered four items only three came and had to go back-and-forth with them for months they finally sent the fourth item and again horrible material refused to give any refunds and want you to ship it back to China if you were to get a refund and you only get store credit horrible horrible horrible do not ever order from here

This took months to come in. Cheaply made, items were not the correct sizes. Dresses are almost like shirts. Some don’t even look like the picture. Emailed customer service and they got back to me and this is the address that was given for the return.

If it doesn’t make it to their office, no refund. Gut says, if I return it, I won’t get my money back and 15%.......that’s it. I won’t be buying from them ever again and I don’t suggest anyone else buying from them either. Completely disappointed!

This is a scam buyer beware! The merchandise is poor quality. They do not respond to email. Once they respond they offer you $5 for orders that cost over $100. The merchandise does not fit, has damage, and smells. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR!

This company should not be allowed to sell their so called clothing to innocent customers. I waited 4 months for my order, complained every other day to Wish, and received nothing but lip service about waiting. I never did receive it and they have steadfastly refused to return my money. Don't order from them at all!

It's a scam.cheap product that badly resemble the pictures they post online.

If you bought anything from them you're money have went down the drain because there's no refund or return since you have to pay to return the items to China which will cost you more than what you paid and they won't refund you.

If I could give zero stars I would. Worst product ever. The clothing looks nothing like the picture I read the reviews on the items I wanted to purchase and they all sounded great. I think these are fake reviews. Not only were the clothes crap I couldn't return them. It took forever for customer service to respond to me and they don't give you a shipping label. So I went to UPS to return them which they are not shipping to China and the shipping would be more than the clothes. This place is a scam and I hope no one else gets screwed over like I did.
