Great smelling products that are not toxic.

Only issue I found, was the lack of response about whether the gift would be in some kind of gift package for the recipient. DIdn't want the gift arriving as pieces in a standard shipping box. Or the lack of being able to enclose a gift message -to & from also.

I like their room sprays. Good selection, for any taste. I use it on curtains, and spray it on flower decor in the entrance of apartment. Every day my flat smells fresh and clean. Love it

I encountered LUVO candles at the Originals artisanal market in Ottawa. The owner explained how his products compared with other luxury candles, such as Diptyque candles, and the ones I bought effectively really smelled good in the whole room. I actually stopped buying other candles after starting to use LUVO ones... They just smelled good while unlit, but when used, you can hardly smell anything.

A close friend ordered some more through internet because we did not encountered LUVO anymore on markets in Ottawa, and her experience was extremely quick and effective, a two-day delivery.

Mine has been terrible. Nothing arrived in two weeks, although I had received the confirmation order immediately by email. When contacted, the owner was at first extremely reactive and accomodating: it was going to arrive very quickly, etc. Then again, nothing happened, and has continued not happening despite several emails and calls, all unanswered.

I am extremely disappointed. I am leaving for France next week, and these were gifts I had planned to give away there to friends and family.

I don't feel I will dare ordering online from LUVO again, although I love their products, especially the perfumed oils for diffusers.

They smell great!

Quick delivery, and unsurpassed scented candles so far. We encountered them first at a stand in the Originals fair in Ottawa, had the occasion to smell them and the owner explained the process he used. The essential oils are of high quality, this explains the price. But the scent will last for as long as the candle burns, and is very distinctive very being overpowering, not like most other scented candles. The coconut wood wick burns like a little log fire, adding an auditive component to the experience. I use them in the evening, and love it. To try the perfumes without buying a big candle, you can try the small versions; it is what I just did.

Pine is an all time favorite, in any season. Since I love eathier and comforting smells at night in autumn and winter, fig is also great, more distinctive. I just smelled the cedar one I received and liked it. But my friend, who orders from them also, likes others: lavender, rose or mandarine.

This is the best quality you can have at such a fair price. The quality is equivalent to Diptyque candles, who are twice more expensive. And the fragrances are more interesting. A local brand also.

I love LUVO products, especially their perfumes. The scents are so unique and cant be bought anywhere else. Im definitely coming back for more! Antoine is also very sweet and helpful!

Delivery was very prompt, both the candle and the roll-on perfume were in perfect condition. I ordered the Orchid & Black Amber candle and the Cedarwood & Labdanum perfume - both are stunning! The fragrances feel natural and lush, not at all overly swetened with vanilla like most commercial candles. Will purchase again for sure.

Service staff was very kind online helping me find the right product and add to my order. Order came in a few days after it was ordered.
