Very good quality
Very good quality of product! I ordered swaddles from several places but so far Lusso Babies are the softest. Fast delivery good communication. I had a coupon from instagram so the price is reasonable as well especially for this high quality product. Highly recommend!

Very unhappy with order
Upon receipt of my order the ink on the pad had been smudged onto the lid thus reducing the number of tries I had to capture my child's hand and footprint. Also not happy as when using it the handprint didn't come out anywhere near as clear as the website shows as it was just a smudge in the shape of a hand and my child's hand was open and flat. Very dissatisfied

Some ink had come off already onto the film and could have done with some instructions. Otherwise not a bad product and didn't have to wait too long for delivery

Check size. Very small pad!
I bought a baby safe ink pad, to make prints of my baby's hands and feet.
It was so small, I'd have a hard job getting the dogs paw on there.
A complete waste of money, and now time; so it seems.
Am yet to await a returns address after applying for a refund via email and on their website!
They have since refunded me, without the need for a return.

Please rest assured your money will be fully refunded. Our policies clearly state that the only way to apply for a return and a refund is via our website. That will dramatically decrease the wait time while we're processing your request. Also, as mentioned in our refund policy you will get a full refund whatever the reason for this, no questions asked.
You have mentioned that you are struggling to get access to a printer in order to print the returns label. To make it even easier for you, we will go ahead and issue you the full refund so you don't have to send the parcel back to us.
