Tried to purchase the medicinal herb box and related book. I had to chase up the order after 2 weeks of no progress in the tracking to only be told they can't ship it to rural Australia. Fine, gave them a metropolitan address. Still can't ship it. So my time has been completely wasted and now I have to fight for a refund. Save your money and time. They're just scammers.
The product is just as described. But be aware if purchasing internationally the brokerage charges are astronomical. The company does state that there may be additional fees for shipping. It was a shock to see the brokerage fees almost the same amount as the cost of the purchase. UPS brokerage fees were $123 to ship from CO to Canada. Unfortunately not worth it for future purchases. And returns not allowed for international purchases.
