Great on photo but absolute tat in real life!

The dress l ordered in August 2026 was dreadful, flimsy material, seams puckered, hem and sleeve seems uneven and tatty, entire finish of the garment just totally unacceptable. I emailed them several times and it was late Sept. before l got a response - (probably due to the fact a had requested a chargeback from my bank). The have offered me 50% off my next order...as if l would trust them again!
Their returns policy mentions that items have to be returned to China with customer paying the postage!!

Dreadful quality. Soles are like cardboard. Material of shoes just soft fabric that collapses under the weight of your foot
