scam company dont order from them

we ordered an item, before it was shipped we tried to cancel Their site says you can cancel before shippment; however, there is noone to call. Emails don't get answered and the item is in limbo somewhere. Item wapromised 3 day delievery, it is now 8 days ,a tracking number was finally sent, but not a date and no way to discuss with anyone. Only email or FB messanger that takes days to respond. SCAM COMPANY!
