Beautiful and really spacious apartment in Lecce. Clean and good equipped. In the calm zone, near the historic center.
Vittoria took perfect care of us, she was helpful whenever we needed something. I recommend this agency, it provides a really great service.

Vittoria was very friendly and helpful: she responded promptly to any questions and solved minor issues efficiently. We stayed in Attico di Leo, Lecce, which is well situated and has a large, ideal terrace for the sun.

We had a bad experience with the apartment „a due passi del mare“. The host Luana was unfriendly and charged us an additional charge that we were not advised about. The internet did not work for nearly 2 days, even though we payed for this service. In addition to this, we informed the host on our arrival day that we will have to leave at 10:00 am on departure day to catch our flight. We also texted her the day before our departure to remind her once more that we will have to leave at 10:00. Still, on the day of departure she sent a message at 09:45 that she will only arrive at 10:30. She was not willing to take responsibility for any of these inconveniences and talked to us in a really disrespectful way.

We had a great stay at their Maison Mazzini property in Lecce. Check in was easy and simple, and the apartment was very well taken care of. All in all we had an easy experience and a good stay.

Beautiful apartment house. The apartment is very clean and spacious. Everything works great. The building is quiet and neat. Check in and check out goes without a problem. The staff is also very kind and helpful!

All perfect! The house is amazing, everything works very well. Very close to the main spots of Lecce. I truly recommend it. The only negative point is that there isn’t Wi-Fi, but they mentioned it before. By the way, Vittoria was great, she is very kind and helpfull.

Check in and out were convenient and fast. Deposit returned rapidly.
Agent was helpful and proprietor was friendly. Technical problems on arrival were quickly sorted a few minutes after check in after a call to the agent.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house looks exactly like the photos—very clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed. We were a family of five, and the space was perfect for us: spacious, comfortable, and well laid out.

The Wi-Fi worked great throughout our stay, which was a big plus. The only small downside was that mobile phone reception inside the house was limited—you can’t really make regular calls or send texts. However, WhatsApp and other internet-based apps worked perfectly, so it wasn’t a major issue.

The location is excellent—just a 5-minute walk to the historic center, full of shops, restaurants, and charm. The town itself is beautiful, with plenty of attractions and lovely beaches nearby.

Vicky was fantastic—friendly, polite, and very helpful during check-in and check-out. She always responded promptly to any questions we had.

Overall, we highly recommend this place. It’s a lovely home in a beautiful city, and we would definitely stay here again!

Practically on the beach, lovely terrace and outside cooking aerea in the shadow, hot shower outside and inside ;)

The accommodation is spacious and well-divided.
The backyard is fantastic, making it easy to dry laundry.
Everything is clean, and the air conditioning works well.
The area is safe, and there are three large supermarkets nearby.
The host is very friendly and communicates well.

We stayed at Villa Floras for one week with friends. The villa was fabulous. It was immaculately clean, the rooms were all of a high standard and, because it was so spread out, everyone had a bit of privacy. We were very well looked after by the manager, Francesca.

I had emailed Barbarhouse/Perle di Puglia prior to booking to check there were 10 sunbeds around the pool area and was assured that was the case (we were a group of 10 adults). Unfortunately, that was not correct. There were only six. It was a pity neither the owner nor the agency could correct this for us during our stay.

In addition, it has taken almost two months to get my security deposit back (but now that has been sorted).

These two points resulted in 4* rather than 5* review from me but shouldn't detract from the villa itself and wouldn't put me off using the company again.

We had amazing time in Marelena Residence . The apartment is new,very clean and fully equiped,with a big fridge and new washing machine. The host is kind and made us warm welcome.Puglia is amazin,we wish we will return to this place again.

Great place to stay if you want to be able to walk into Historic center within 5 minutes. Very spacious and clean apartment and Michelle was a very helpful host. Easy street parking available outside apartment. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back. Constructive feedback - Maybe good to have some bottled water available on arrival. An iron would have been useful. For a seven person flat, the 3 cup coffee mocha was undersized.

The accommodation was beautiful, clean and well equipped. The swimming pool was also of a high quality and was cleaned every 2 days. The communication with Michelle was accurate, quick and friendly.

It was a great locaties and the appartement was clean. Contact with the host was very good. She responds very quickly
