Martine took the time to really understand what we were looking for and guided us through the different options without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. She explained everything clearly and helped us compare styles and settings until we found the perfect ring. Her attention to detail and genuine enthusiasm made the whole experience feel really special.

I had a truly outstanding experience at Lunn’s Rolex.

From the moment I arrived, the level of service was exceptional. Amalia was a pleasure to speak with — her depth of horological knowledge, professionalism, and genuine passion for watches really stood out. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and generous with her time, making the whole experience both informative and enjoyable.

What made the visit even more special was the warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the showroom. Several members of the team took the time to greet me, and I especially appreciated Peter, the manager, coming over to introduce himself and ensure everything was perfect. It made me feel genuinely valued as a client.

Excellent service! My grandfather's antique watch required servicing and repair and Lunn's looked after the whole process (including sending it to Switzerland). The whole process was second to none!!
