I ordered a Shark vacuum that cost me £49 paid then heard nothing from them. I emailed 5 different times and called but they didnt anwser. I had to take a dispute up with my bank so it took me 2 months to get my money back. TOTAL SCAM!!!
Ordered a shark cordless over two months ago for $98.00. Kept asking for updates. No reply. Was sent a sticker postage stamp size. Total scam
This company are thieves. Once an item is ordered, it will appear on the "shop" app & all looks good, then after a couple of days it will dissappear. They provide you with tracking, the details of which are accurate, but instead of the vacuum cleaner that we ordered, a small 1 inch sticker (of Paris!!!) Is posted. So in the meantime you think you are tracking the actual item, it's just part of the scam. My bank refunded the money, but not all will, leaving the less fortunate severely out of pocket. Please avoid!
